I engaged Home Depot to provide an estimate for a window replacement project at my condominium. The sales representative, Wael Elmksoud, initially presented a quote for the job during an in-person meeting in my kitchen. He explicitly assured me that the quoted price would remain unchanged even if the color differed. However, approximately four weeks later, I received a call informing me that the initially quoted price was no longer valid, and an additional payment of around $350 was required to proceed with the project. Despite having made a down payment and the urgency due to water infiltration concerns with spring approaching, I encountered the disappointment of Home Depot employing bait-and-switch tactics. Furthermore, the salesman had emphasized that carpentry services would be included in the project. Contrary to this assurance, minimal carpentry work was performed, as the new windows were simply installed over the existing ones. It is important to consider this discrepancy if carpentry is presented as a key selling point. Despite these issues, I must commend the contractor who executed the job, as their performance was commendable. Job ID available on request.

Out of all the Home Depot's I've gone too, Associate Bobby is the the best. His knowledge on drywalling and steps made me feel better at DIY project. He's incredible and deserves a great thank you from management.

Absolutely the worst store. They refuse to stand behind the products they sell. Appliances are reboxed, knowingly, damaged and sold. Do not buy anything from this store. Manager, John Parks, is a slick salesman, do not trust anything he says. Only lies come out, his word is worthless.

Worst experience ever! After waiting over a month for dresser to come into stock(understandable due to current America) my dresser finally comes into stock. A week later I get a call from delivery driver to help him carry it up the stairs. Ok, cool it weighs 140lbs, but not my job. Now, Home Depot is supposed to call me to assemble said dresser within 2 days. 1 week goes by so I reach out. Oh, we are sorry, backed up, how about 10% off..Another week goes by, crickets. Reach out AGAIN. "I do see that the installation department has not been reached to schedule an installation date or time. I am happy to refund you the installation fee, of $157.94." OK thank you...Another week goes by, hey guys whats up? Oh, when they refunded your assembly it cancelled you. Well thats dumb. I just want this thing put together. "A pro will reach out to you" Another week. Nothing. Still a dresser in a box and now they say im shit out of luck since they refunded me thats it. "Resolution team"says there is nothing they can do for me. Are tou fucking serious Home Depot. Miserable experience. Officially done with you

This location isn't near my house, but I'm glad I stopped in!We needed a new house key since mine fell off my lanyard. The kind women at self checkout assisted with the transaction and making the key. The whole process was smooth and simple. I was happy someone helped us, because I previously went to another location and didn't get any service. Home Depot is dog friendly! Our dog loves coming to the Depot to walk around. Everyone loves her! The place itself is fairly clean and workers are happy to assist!

We went into look at plants for our terrace. We have two arborvitaes that didn't make it through the winter. They have fun garden decor, pineapples, flamingos and hummingbirds. They have small plants and that's about it. You know it's spring with the rider lawn mowers and grills out front.
