I had a wonderful experience at this Great Clips location. I have some medical issues that make washing and drying my hair very difficult, and the team here was incredibly accommodating and kind. Ashley checked me in with professionalism and courtesy, making sure to ask about the services I needed and my preferences.
Jole gave me an excellent wash and was extremely gentle and patient throughout the entire process. She allowed me extra time to adjust positions when needed and was friendly, bubbly, and truly customer-focused. I left with my hair fully dry, which is a huge help for me and makes a big difference.
Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for thoughtful, quality service!

I went yesterday and asked for my hair on the top to go under my eyebrow or lower and she cut it way above my eyebrow and it looks unlike me now and i hate it so i have to wear a hat

Seta did an amazing job on my 5 year old’s haircut. She took her time, was SUPER sweet and kind with my child. Definitely coming back! You cannot beat the price either. We take him to children’s hair cut places or a barber and they charge 25 dollars plus for the same hair cut that she did for 12.99 and it’s the best haircut he’s ever gotten so far! Amazing job Seta, thank you again!

I went yesterday for a haircut. I asked the lady working Her name was Tracy I asked for a half an inch off long layers and face frame. She completely messed up my hair. It looks like shredded cheese. She does not know what she’s doing. I don’t know who hired her. She’s asking me how much I want off my layers??…. She finished literally in five minutes and my hair is completely messed up uneven my layers do not blend And not to mention she cut more than half an inch about 3 inches can't even explain how bad it is. Sadly, today is Fourth of July And they’re closed. I will be coming back tomorrow for my money. Unacceptable unprofessional doesn’t know what she’s doing and now I gotta deal with my mess up hair and grow it back.
