My buzzcut looked good. The issues are they don't bother to ask if you needed your hair washed. Poor value for a 20 dollar haircut. They don't even spray your head with water. I had to use the bathroom to wash and scrub my hair when in reality they should of done it. At Lady Jane's (which is roughly 5 miles east at 23 & Gratiot) they do it at no charge.
They employees acted like they couldn't be bothered or not very welcoming and hardly could speak English. They also asked for my personal info and my address which is none of their business. It's like I don't need my personal information exploited to hackers or to other third world countries.

Nicely located in a large plaza with many stores. Very clean facility with polite associates. Every Tuesday is a $12.99 haircut no coupon needed. A very nice affordable way to get a quick and precise haircut. See Lou for a consistent experience. My new regular spot!

I go to the 23 and card location for my haircuts. The stylists are always friendly and I've always gotten a great cut.

Decent place. It’s kept clean. I try to be as simple as possible. I got charged twice for a hair product, which I understand things happen. I totally get it. Accidents happen. When I went in to talk to the staff about it, Jolene was very nice. She helped me figure out what the discrepancy was and apologized about it. She couldn’t figure out how to credit so she had Emily help. I wasn’t even trying to be mean about it but when Emily came to help, it seemed like an attitude towards me and didn’t seem apologetic at all. Just hmm I don’t know how that happened. I had great customer service the few other times I went into that location but idk I don’t think I’m going to be going back after the latest experience.
