Allen was great! Only reason for a 4 star...they lost my tax documentation that was dropped off to them. Management issue. I will be using Allen again next year.

Yesterday was the first first time I went to this office and I am so glad I did. It was awesome working with Alan, his professionalism was awesome. He was so polite and friendly. So happy I met him, I will see him again next year.
