“My wife and I were looking for a fountain for our home. We went to Decor Statuette on a Saturday at 2:45 pm. We thought they closed a 5:00 pm not knowing they actually closed at 3:00. So, we arrived only 15 minutes before closing. When we walked in, we were greeted by the nicest young lady Nina you could ever imagine! She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. We apologized for coming in so close to closing and she assured us it was no problem and to take our time. We found a fountain we loved and asked questions regarding it. She was so helpful. We ended up buying it and having them deliver it and set it up for us. Nina went over in detail the care and maintenance of the fountain as well as the winterizing process. The delivery was right on time as scheduled and installed perfectly. I can’t recommend Decor Statuette enough. Thank you so much! And keep up the great customer service.”

“I love this store! I love little shops that have a lot of wood workings. This small business has a lot of water decorations. They also have candles, soaps, kitchen things, stickers and more. The soaps here don't all smell the same either they have very nice potent smells.”

“My wife andI went to the Sleep Number store in Sterling Heights, MI on Hall Road.Sales Rep Bobby was well versed on the Sleep Number bed lineup. He quickly and confidently answered all of our questions. I was able to test the mattresses while he described the features in more detail. He also shared the return policy with us. We are having issues with the Gardner White's return/exchange policies for my wife's new Tempurpedic mattress. Beware! They don't tell you that you HAVE TO BUY their mattress cover at the point of sale to be eligible for a return/exchange and to be eligible for the 10 year warranty. She has a mattress pad already, but was not made aware of that policy, and was told she cannot exchange the mattress even though it was delivered this morning. Sleep Number mattresses can be exchanged after a 60 day break in period. There is a small fee for pickup and removal of the returned/exchanged mattress, but I can use my own mattress pad, if I want, or purchase a new one at their store. Return/exchanges are NOT tied to any accessory purchases!Bobby did not press or bully us into a purchase. Two of my sister's have Sleep Number beds and they love them! I am confident that I will love the Sleep Number bed, and that Bobby will help me through any issues I might have. Excited to get my new Sleep Number bed! Thanks Bobby!”

“I truly cannot say enough good things about Fireside Hearth and Home! I had no idea what I needed when I walked in except I needed a gas fireplace that would heat my house when the power goes out. Wynston steered me in the right direction and answered all my questions. I never make big decisions on the spot, so he offered to call me in a few days and check in. He did exactly that, and it had given me time to do my own research regarding the gas insert that he had recommended. He and Tia ensured that my install was scheduled quickly and today I have an amazing gas fireplace! Not only does it blast out heat, it looks gorgeous! The installers were fantastic - polite, arrived on time and laid down dropcloths to keep the room clean. Fireside Hearth and Home in Utica is an amazing, family-run, trustworthy company who keeps their word. This is becoming so rare these days. I really appreciate being treated so well and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a fireplace solution and doesn't know where to begin!!”

“Ordered for pick up for the first time to get a coupon. I went to pick up my order and was informed that any orders after 3pm are to be completed next day. I explained I didn’t see during the order processing but no big deal I’ll come back tomorrow. The associate asked what I ordered and she said no worries and completed my order in just a few minutes! Super helpful and friendly. She didn’t have to complete my order but did! Highly recommend this Joanns. great staff and wonderful customer service!”

Yes they were understaffed and there were long lines. That is corporate not the staffs fault. I appreciate the ladies who cut my fabric and those who checked out my purchases.
