I don't often write reviews, but after my experience with Lynne at customer service I felt compelled to. Lynne saved me a huge headache by sorting out a problem that no one else had been able to help me with. I feel like Lynne went above and beyond in store, saving me from having to go through a long email process online.

Why have customer service people that don't even know what can be done in there own store. Called with a question on something I know they do cause I had family members get it there but a 10 second on hold to come back on the phone sounded confused to see we don't do that and said I Think🤣 and ended with have a good day. I'm only 43 but I miss the day when people would actually check to see instead of saying what will get them off the phone 🤷♂️ i don't consider myself old but the new people need to get that old school work ethics of doing at very least a decent job and atleast check. Guys it's just the times we live in now. Glade my wife and I raised our kids a good work ethnic to take pride in your name cause it's the only thing nobody can take away from you and you alone can reck it

Partner went to pick up dresser and person at help desk was extremely rude. Won't be ordering online to pick up again if its that big of a deal.- link they gave does not work

Delivery and installers are a JOKE ! They look for any and all reasons to get outta doing their job. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot ever again.

I've had good experiences and bad ones all with my transactions.
I ordered a dishwasher, flooring and a vanity.
The instructions for the dishwasher given to me did not state that I needed a specific clearance... so the dishwasher wasn't installed. The 1st team didn't even try. I hired a carpenter cut the countertop to meet the height needs... but the 1st team did not even mention the width needs, so the 2nd team had another issue that could've been communicated or investigated by the 1st time, and taken care of before the next team came... (The 2nd team was great, they did like 95% of the work, but I had to spend money again on the carpenter to come back out and make the width bigger). I wish I could've given that team a 5/5 star review, but the phone agent for home depot misspelled my name after butchering it into a slur. (Used to it, it's an awful last name)... so I never got their review.
I ordered flooring in advance of needing the room measured, and that was a mistake. I didn't get the free measure, and using the home depot referral cant be done over the phone if you pre-purchased all of the materials, otherwise you'll be double charged. So now I have to do more legwork and go back to the store in person.
The vanity I ordered came a day late, and it was the wrong vanity. So, now I need to wait another week for the correct vanity and coordinate a pickup of the wrong vanity.
The phone associates were delightful from their call center, the appliance saleswoman was good, but the flooring guy made my flooring measuring payment a bit of a hassle, (5 total phone transfers).
Gotta clean up the act, Home Depot.

Need to keep Isles Cleaner of products. If a worker is just standing nothing wrong with cleaning up lumber and products out of place
