Under no circumstances go here. Choose anywhere elseDO NOT GO HERE AT ANY COST. This dealership is ran by possibly the ugliest creature Molly on the earth. In my opinion this place is very crooked. Look at all the negative elder reviews around. The owner is a balding liar that lives in Florida. This is not the same place ran by his stepdad (which aren't even real things, just glorified white trash). Not even his real family. They destroyed my car. Tried to hide the damages. They will park your car in a certain way, so you don’t notice the scratches and junk they do to your car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HEREMy brother worked for Elder as well as my lifelong friend Mike who was even a manager at a different location. If they will treat family of employees, this way. Imagine how they will treat you. BE afraid of this place.Look at all the negative reviews on Facebook of elder Ford and anything Elder related. Talk to ex-employees that worked with Molly. Everyone hates her and doesn’t have one thing nice to say to about her. I’m not sure if any of these positive reviews are even true. They have weekly meetings about reviews and how important they are to the business. This is finally the customers time to fight back. I love making the public aware of bad business people who will try to bully you.The parts manager who is laughable to look at Dave Shobe was trying to engage in fighting me when I had crutches. (which still I was more athletic than him) who tries to fight a customer on crutches and still has a job.LOOK AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THEYRE ALL THE SAME. THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE TO SHOP FROM.This review contains my opinion of how I was treated and my thoughts on the dealership. Others may disagree but these are my opinions. I reached out to owner 3-5 times to correct the situation as he laughed at me and told me to F offStill no solutionStill not settled, should've sued Elder.Still not settled. William Scandalis is a fantastic sales consultant and a key reason we buy our vehicles from Jaguar of Lakeside (three so far including most recently our Range Rover). He is helpful, responsive, patient, thorough, offers valuable advice, goes the extra mile. And the dealership is welcoming without any high-pressure sales tactics. Overall a great car-buying experience … The way it should be.

I just purchased a certified pre-owned F-Pace. My salesperson, Derek Alore could not have made this easier or more seamless. My E Pace had been rear-ended and totaled and he helped turn a very bad experience into an exciting and stress free one. The entire dealership is friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. I am a new 2023 defender owner! Love the defender. But dealer Defender Lakeside Michigan neglected and ignored the fact that they owe me a rack. No timeline and no resolution after almost a year. Customer satisfaction business unit, please help. As of today 6/10/23, Lakeside Michigan USA dealer is not providing any timeline and not resolution oriented. It's been almost a year and no timeline on a simple rack already paid for. i reached out to Adrian, interim CEO. 100k for this service?Before the sale, I was important. after the sale...not so. buyer beware.

This dealership is amazing. Their service is by far the best we have ever experienced. Our Sales Consultant, Jonathon Mashini, treated us like family. What a special man! Louis Gruevski, the Business Manager handled the financial side and paperwork seamlessly and made everything so easy and effortless.Amazing place to purchase a vehicle. Highly recommend!! Went for a brake job. On invoice claimed they topped off my fluids which was not true. Brake fluid was under the minimum line. Why would they lie about something so simple. I will stop going to this location because this is not the first time they lied about something.

Land Rover Lakeside is an absolute joke from sales to service. Jim, the service manager has a God complex and can never admit when him or his service team is at fault. The service department LOST one of my lug-nuts and then proceeded to blame it on me. Stating "it just fell off driving here or someone was trying to steal your rim." It was excuse after excuse. Everytime I would bring my Evoque in for something, I would find new scuffs/scratches on my rims. I have asked multiple times for my car not to go through the car wash, but they never listened and did it anyway of course. I reached out to Jim multiple times explaining the frustration & he proceeded to tell me to go elsewhere for service(all texts are attached.) On multiple occasions, Jim would text me random GIFS that had no correlation to my car(texts attached.) I made a call to the GM about this situation and she didn't seem to be concerned or have any feelings about it whatsoever. If you are thinking about giving your hard earned money to Land Rover Lakeside, don't! Take your money to literally any other dealership even if it a little more of a drive. Since Jim told me to take my business elsewhere, I am, and now I'm advising anyone who is reading this to do the same.
