This location is slowly becoming better, IMO. While the produce is most certainly not as great as Nino Salvaggio's or Vince & Joe's, they rarely charge as much and ordering online allows for free pickup (assuming you purchase enough). My real issue is the ordering online, which has been MAJORLY F'd up at least 3 times for me at this location. I received the completely wrong pickup order multiple times, which is annoying and such a F'ing time suck, because you wasted the time to shop online, get there, drive home, and then have to do the shopping again in person, bc guess what? They gave YOUR order to someone else. They DEF need to work on the efficiency and double check that the correct person is receiving their order before leaving.

We had so much stuff in our cart and the alarm went off and locked the wheels. We had everything on the list paid for. It was damn near impossible to move the cart. I was shopping with my mom and I'm almost 18 and had a hard time moving it. It was like asking a Ford Toyota to push and 18 wheeler with a trailer attached.

This is by far the WORST Kroger in the area, I dread having to go here because it is always a disaster. The employees are by far the most inconsiderate, they will plow you over if you're in their way, will not step to the side if you're trying to look at something they're stocking and the Deli employees also try to make it look like they're closed even in the middle of the day. Besides the employees being an issue - items are rarely stocked which is likely why it is difficult to walk around in this store since any day of the week they have giant boxes of stock sitting stacked in the middle of several aisles throughout the entire store. I do NOT recommend this location, if you can definitely go elsewhere there are several within a few miles from this location.

They are thieves!! Everytime I go they try and scam you from the price they are advertising!! Just today, redskin potatoes being advertised 2.99, big sign!! So I bought 2 bags. When I am being rung up its 5.99 each bag. Cashier says put in your Kroger card, I do again and the price is still the same! Come to find out that they want you to use not only their stupid card but now their app and to use the digital coupon!! I will be going to other places to shop!!

They did not carry what I wanted. Other than that fact, this grocery store seemed pretty good. The store was clean and well stocked. Prices appeared to be reasonable. Staff was fine as well. Would I shop here if I lived in the area? Yup, I probably would. Maybe they would have what I wanted next time.

I'm not sure what's going on with this location however every time I go in it seems like it's getting worse and worse. They always seem to be out of so much produce. It's frustrating. It seems like the only employees that are friendly or helpful are the new young ones. Honestly, the only reason I use it is it's really close. But at this rate I'm going to need to find a new grocery store.

The prices were good and fair, however the stock was not full or even half. I'm not sure that's their fault or just the day but the quality seemed good for area and brand.

This has to the worst Kroger in Macomb County. Staff is rude and the customer service desk is never to get a money order. Management should be embarrassed!

One of my favorite places to shop. They always have what I need. Not a market place but great variety of items.

I had to wait 9 days to get a prescription filled at Kroger's. I don't recommend this pharmacy for anyone.

Very rude at the deli. Guess ordering chicken was interrupting her day.

I was in line and saw several people without masks and others wearing them below their nose. No one confronted them even though a face mask is required for entrance. Employees and management didn't care when asked why they were allowed not to wear masks. Won't go back to this location. 26 and 23 mile road locations are much cleaner and more assertive in their compliance.

Horrible place, with very rude workers and bad attitude.'no help is to be found. Manager who's mainly at the self check out got issue. She act as if we know how to work the system, when you ask for help; she'll come at you with an attitude- hand motion and say, what! What do you need? Save yourself the headache and go to sams club or meijers.FYI- there's never cart inside. Make sure you grab one from the parking lot

I was at the 21555 21 mile rd macomb, Mi location. There were 3 employees that had no masks on and at least 15 customers that had no masks on . This is a huge concern since Michigan requires face masks in enclosed spaces . I spoke to the manager Joey and he was snarky about the whole things. Businesses can REFUSE to allow unmasked customers in their locations. COSTCO does. as far as employees not wearing masks is beyond unreal.... - You are putting me at risk and not enforcing a mandated state requirement

My first choice in local grocery stores. Great selection and never had to wait in a long line. The deli and surrounding counters and stations have more than enough for our family to choose from for snacks, lunches, and meals on the go for the week ahead.
