Workers don't even help you bag your groceries they just stand and watch you talking to each other they also have expired groceries parking lot full of carts can't even park i would not come here any more ghetto Kroger

Rude management. Used a coupon for baby formula and the woman manager was annoyed and made me feel very embarrassed.

Went to the 26 & Romeo Plank Kroger store. Asked where the olive oil was. Staff member said I don’t know and walked away. The olive oils was one aisle away. Ironically not with the other cooking oils. We found it on our own.
Husband has eye sight issues and asked an employee to help him find a spice. She told him it’s alphabetical, you know a-b-c. If my husband could see the labels he may have seen the alphabet but he has eye sight issues.
He complained to the manager who could care less.
Long time Kroger customer. We are switching to Meijer. Employees actually care.

I’ve placed my order at 9am picked up my online order for the first time on my way home since it wouldn’t be ready until 5-6! And I still can’t cook dinner and when I called the store about exchanging the frost-bite chicken the guy tells me it’s nothing they can do since I left the store! Is it not on your website that you guys are suppose to pick the best option available? This chicken isn’t even edible and has a smell frozen and defrosted! Pretty pathetic of you Kroger, after working all day the last thing I want to do is waste money in this economy on inedible food and still have to figure dinner out. Absolutely disgusted! No one can be trusted to do the job they signed up to do and there is no accountability for this type of waste!!!

The worst store ever for bringing a product back was there at 8:15 this morning and wouldn't take care of me cuz they said no one was there it is now 11:14 and they still can't take care of me because supposedly security is there really I mean for a refund I think is absolutely asinine

We shop at this Kroger very frequently and have yet to have a bad experience before the other day. I was assisting my mother with grocery shopping, she is almost 70. My mother was purchasing an age restricted item, and they requested the ID of the person paying. Okay that's my mother so she gave hers to be scanned. I was then told I was not able to help her in anyway with paying or scanning/bagging the remaining items because it wasn't my ID they scanned. Even after assuring them, I am well above age, and offering my own ID they were still being incredibly rude and threatening to remove the age restricted item all because I placed coins in the machine. It made me very angry because I also have a 90 year old wheelchair bound grandmother who I take shopping here who also wouldnt be able to do these tasks without my assistance. It just made me very upset and for once I may have no choice but to call cooperate although I'm not generally that type of person. Unfortunately I failed to take the name of the incredibly rude employee working checkout that day. I understand people buy stuff for their under age children but when I am more then willing to prove that I too am above legal age and still treated like this is absolutely unacceptable.

Diane, store manager for the evening, very nasty, not willing to do her job. When I asked for her name she removed her name tag and started waving it in my face almost hitting me. When I confronted her that she isn’t doing her job, she told me to call the cops. All I needed was the code for sodastream returnable.

Very nice people, very clean. They used to have an amazing meat counter where I could get great thick cut steaks for the grill but that is not a thing anymore.

Lots of bread and raw meat with only a few days left until they go bad, this has been happening for years. Super cramped guest services. Why have the line form in the area people are leaving the checkouts with their shopping carts?!? A receipe for disaster on a busy day. And let's not forget Kroger has the worst self checkout kiosks in the land regardless of who's working there. Sad that this is the closet supermarket for my dad but glad that the Meijer grocery isn't much farther away.

All customers regardless of age must have their driver license scanned to purchase alcohol. The store policy is that they scan it. No exceptions even for old guys like me. No thanks.

You were out of the 1/2 gallons of milk, so I got the gallon of milk because when they have been out of half gallon, they would price adjust the gallon. The cashier "Nina" would not price adjust the milk. Very unfriendly.
