I have belonged to credit unions in other states and the customer service was marginal. Lynn and the staff are always pleasant, and I am always charmed that they remember my name every time. Clean and efficient.

Debit card system down for the entire day with no alerts sent out to us. Was getting groceries, denied and that’s how I found out. No gas to get to work and barely enough food to make it till the next day. Banks are closed as it’s now 9pm. I would have gone to take cash out had they let their members know. Ridiculous

This was my first bank after paying cash my whole life. The ladies inside have not only helped me with any questions I have had, but held my hand with any problems that I have had along the way. No fees and INCREDIBLE staff.
