This place sucks, they basically just look for ways to jam up your account and slide fees into their pocket. Just left with Victoria who states that even though the account had money in it but was closed by them (without a valid reason) in order to access the funds we are required to pay a $50 reopening fee. Take your money anywhere else to a real bank or credit union.

Worst bank they won’t refund any fees unless you have points but won’t tell you how to get points. It should go based on courtesy like any other bank, not points.

The bank location on 26 mile rd. Discriminates against black people and gives them a hard time when conducting business. I watch and heard the black man before me get discriminated against, and then I experienced it first hand from the branch manager Vittoria Wallen. I plan on reporting this bank for discrimination expeditiously. It’s 2022 and I will not tolerate racism at a credit union that I’ve been a member of since the early 2000s.
