This is related to the service department and requested from the survey that was sent.
I brought my expedition in for the complimentary oil change which was arranged during the purchase of the vehicle from Russ Milne. The service department did comply after much warning that I still may be charged.
That being said, I believe the tires were rotated as I am now missing an air valve cap. I believe there is additional maintenance required on the vehicle based on reviewing the invoice (not discussed with the service department). I am still waiting on the multi point inspection which at this point I most likely will not be receiving. Hopefully the brakes are okay - wouldn’t know based on my experience here.
Would I recommend the sales floor - absolutely. Jason was great. Would I ever drive for service here again - no, never. What a waste of my time and energy. Should have taken it to the quick lube next door.

I had a great experience with Russ Milne Ford. I worked with Mike Brown. He was very polite and accommodating. He worked to find me the exact truck I was looking for. Very honest salesman I’d say. He has a calm way of explaining things and answering questions. Very good communication on the phone, text and email. DISCLAIMER: Read through your deal breakdown line for line Before you settle on a price. Especially if you are talking over the phone. There were dealer installed items added in the price that were not mentioned to me at all. I assumed I was getting what was on the window sticker. Not window sticker plus these extras. Had I known that I would have had them not included and my price would have been $10 less a month. Really soured the experience bit.

Mike the greater, write up, was great. He had all the info and was very through with the initial write. Mike contacted me every step throughout the repair process. When all was done, I needed a ride from home for pick up. Mike arranged for a wonderful driver. The whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend.

Only complaint was the dealer could not fix the CarPlay connectivity issue, but I don’t think it is their fault. It seems to be an issue with all new Ford products that has no current solution.
