Highly satisfied with my experience @ Russ Milne Ford Service Dept. Extremely easy to schedule a service appointment on-line; service personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with completing the service needed in the time processed. Such a contrast to my previous dealership (while physically closer to my home, the experience at Russ Milne has been far superior in EVERY way). I definitely recommend!

The body shop has The absolute worst customer service. No communication and gives dirty looks. Also the whole shop smells like fish.

We had a great experience at Russ Milne with Andrew (Drew) as our dealer. The buying process could not have gone smoother, and we lucked out by finding an incredible 2017 F-150 that hadn’t been on their lot long. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. My sales person was Jerome DiGiuseppe. He kept me informed, found me the perfect vehicle, and got me the best deal possible. Everything was easy, straightforward and honest. Jerome even found me a rebate I was not aware I qualified for, lowering my monthly payment. I looked for the right vehicle for a couple months, many other dealerships seemed to make it so difficult to simply purchase the vehicle I wanted. Jerome and Russ Milne made it so simple, I honestly couldn't believe it. Will definitely be recommending Jerome and coming back for my next vehicle.

The front hood is not lined up correctly to the fenders. One has a bigger gap to the other in the passenger door is not lined up properly neither

Hands down the best place to take your vehicle for service. I’ve been taking my car to another local Ford prior to this place, and I’m feeling really disgruntled against them now that I see what a well oiled service shop is really like. I recently switched to Russ Milne and my car has been checked in for service and all info gathered before I even open the door to get out of it. No matter who you made your appt with, whomever isn’t busy will jump up to help you. I even had a guy come wandering out of the shop to ask me if I’ve been helped. At Russ Milne my service rep Brad has been nothing short of incredible, the communication has been excellent and he actually knows something about my electric car which is relief since he is the first person I’ve encountered out of my multiple trips for service this year to the other place that actually took the time to learn. I feel like he really went above and beyond for me today, hunting down a much needed part which is much more than the other place ever would have done for me. They are super organized and have this service thing down to a science so that it makes dropping off and picking up your car quick and easy. Thanks Russ Milne!!

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU OF YOUR MONEY. They're prices are ridiculous for not even completing their services. Went in for a check engine light and I had maintenance, costed 1000$. Engine is back on after, come back in less than 3 months later and they say it will cost almost another 500$. Last visit, I paid 800$ just in service fees, not the parts. So tell me how I paid you to fix my engine light and it is still not fixed. They said that it was a different reason for the light and it did not show up last time I was there but it is THE REASON my engine light is on. They said it just was not caught last time I was there. Also, wanted me to pay for new brakes and rotators but when I asked about my breaks 2 months ago they said they were fine. None of this is adding up, all of a sudden I need new breaks, pins and caps, exhaust, breaks, rotors, windshield wipers!! They knew they messed up so they offered me a discount, but I will be taking my money somewhere else. You only gives discounts to keep your customers. YOU CANNOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. they will try and get every last dime out of you. Everyone I talked to in the car dealership/mechanic industry said that they were playing me and I just don't trust them anymore. I came in for an issue, and payed 1000$ to leave with the same issue. That is very unprofessional. The people don't know how to do their job.

Had a really bad experience with the salesman Jason this morning. I was looking to purchase the Blue 2014 Ford Explorer that's on their lot. I really enjoyed test driving it; took it in for a quick inspection and found the vehicle was in an accident. The fenders in the front were too close together, new bolts holding the shock tower, autobody sticker left over when the body was repaired, and overspray on the inside. The bolts for the shock tower are new on the left side, and rusting on the right side of the vehicle. The Carfax never stated any accident to begin with. When we informed him on the matter, he first stated that the bolts are not new on the left, and then stated that Ford recalled the hoods due to them rusting. This part with the hoods rusting is a straight up lie. There were TSBs made but no official recall on the matter.We tried negotiating a lower price because of it being in an accident and he straight up said "Nope!" in such a rude tone. He claimed that he has 3 calls on the car and one test drive later this afternoon, so he wont knock down the price. Jason also claimed that he had no knowledge of the car being in their lot when in reality it's been there since July 21st (59 days ago).The photo included is where the fenders are too close to one another, and not aligned correctly. This photo comes directly from their website.Overall, I had a really horrible experience with Jason and this dealership. Do not lie to me with your sale tactics.

I had a fender bender and the rear bumper and right rear light assembly replaced light failed after a couple months and also the bumper failed started to fall off they said I hit something however there was no evidence of impact the light was definitely defective and the bumper was not install properly and they said it’s my fault. So I will see them in small claims court oh for got when they repaired the light they forgot to install a cover and by the way they also dented my drivers side door

After 3&1/2 years on my 2020 Explorer and not coming across any “deals” in a new lease, I had decided to purchase my lease. Thru Ford lease, my credit union needed a purchase agreement to complete the process. Long story short, I called the dealer and was put in touch with Dino. A couple weeks later I took the delivery of a new 2023 Explorer with a lease that was right where I wanted it to be. Dino could have simply done what was requested and been done, but he did not. He asked me a few questions and created the opportunity for a new sale. I am more than satisfied with his professionalism and taking the time to keep me a very satisfied returning Ford customer.I highly recommend Dino if you are looking at a New Ford vehicle!!

Took my car in to Russ Milne for a issue that was caused by another dealership. They got it resolved quickly and were able to work with the other dealership to get them to cover the cost for the error on their part. They kept me informed the whole time and were very accommodating, will for sure go back for my future service needs.
