IF I could give No Stars, that would be my rating. Went there yesterday and Andrew, who is supposed to be a customer service rep, was rude, condensing, arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He was unhelpful and would not listen to what I was trying to convey to him. He had his own agenda which was to NOT help me. My husband was with me and could not believe what was going on. After I began to walk away, my husband told him that he did not appreciate the way he had spoken to me. I went back to the counter and told him that if someone had treated his mother the way he just treated me how would he like it. His response was that IF I heard what he said as rude, he could not control that. No apology was offered, only arrogance. At once point, I turned my phone toward him so he could read what a CSR at 6-1-1 had texted me earlier. As I began to tell Andrew what the text contained, he got snarky and said, "I can read." I suggested that Andrew call a certain CSR at 6-1-1 to confirm the substance of my issue, and Andrew got all puffed up and said, "I AM 6-1-1," like Moses on the Mount. As that discussion was escalating, I realized that two other T-Mobile employees and the customers they were with customers turned toward our table as if wondering what was going on. We left the store shortly after that. I then called T-Mobile customer service and learned that this is a Franchisee store (rather than a Corporate store), but the CSR on the phone logged my complaint and directed me to a Corporate store in Roseville. There I was treated as if I mattered and they worked to resolve my situation to my complete satisfaction. We will never patronize the Hall Road/Macomb store ever again because of the very, very unpleasant interaction with Andrew.

This is the WORST t-mobile store in the area. My daughter and i went in for an upgrade, weren’t greeted upon entry ( despite the store being virtually empty but for 2 other customers) were ignored for 15 minutes as we stood waiting for the workers to acknowledge our presence. The short squirrelly looking guy actually took two people who came in behind us and was actively trying to avoid interacting with us in any way. When the female worker finally bothered to acknowledge us, she lied and told me I wasn’t authorized to make changes on our family account ( I’m the account holder) so I left and immediately went to the location on Hall rd In Sterling Heights and got the BEST service there. The district manager did call me after to apologize which i greatly appreciated, but do yourself a favor and bypass this dumpster fire and visit the Sterling heights location where customer service actually exists. Two thumbs way down for this establishment and their RUDE workers!!!

I am currently a Verizon user and soon will be switching to T-Mobile thanks to the amazing customer service I recieved at this store from Andrew c. My phone stopped working and after going too two Verizon stores, asurion and the Apple Store, no one could help me. I walked in T-Mobile to switch and the nice rep knew the issue I was having and immediately fixed my phone! Basically took 2 minutes, he was so unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. I will be making the switch over to T-Mobile after the holidays due to needing to pay off my “defective” phone. Thanks Andrew!!

Service was terrible, the guy waiting on me lied about pricing for service plans. I had a phone and wanted to get a service plan for senior rates with one line and switch carriers. I would never use them, they were very rude and not helpful.

Camrin W was excellent. I dropped my LG Stylo 6 phone on the ground earlier that day and needed a new phone as soon as possible. She has been most helpful, so give her a promotion.

if I could give 1 star, i would. First of all, when we walked in, we weren't greeted for 10 mins, the man at the front, Andrew, the one with the big nose, acted as if he didn't even see us. He chatted with other customers for 10 mins, let other people cut in front of us, didn't even make eye contact. When we finally we're greeted, the lady who claims she's a manager for 8 years, said my mom wasn't an authorized user on the account , and when we called T-Mobile , they said she was , but clearly her 8 years there means nothing because she was clueless. DO NOT go here , especially if you're black , they are racist and had the nerve to call us "assholes" when we were leaving. I know it sucks working at T-mobile for 8 years, but if you're going to make this your life career, do it right and don't make ur customers uncomfortable. Weirdos.

Val and Andrew really help me out! They spent the time to hear what I was looking for and made that happen! I couldn't thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. I also got the pleasure to watch them try and help others while my phone was doing its thing and they do their best to get to every one of there customers and acknowledge them so they don't feel like they went unnoticed while waiting. Personally I think that's impressive and outstanding when it comes to customer service.

Service is slow, employees seem as if they don't want to be there. Management is lousy and a reflection on why this such a horrible place to do business with. I left and went down to Verizon and got the same deal!

I'd deff give below 0 they are so QUICK to take your money but not quick enough to do THEIR JOB 4 years with them & I can't get anyone to do their job correctly I'm deff canceling all 4 of my lines

Their staff were friendly and helped get me in and out with my phone quickly. Will definitely go here anytime I need to.
