All those guys - in customer service - Gus and Steve, all their mechanics - are like from exemplary, excellent book story.
They are very knowledgeable, but considerate, tactful, modest and very professional and friendly at the same time!
They create the atmosphere like you are among friends or family members. They explain to you all meander around your vehicle in the way that everyone can understand! There is no even one second that you could think that they want just get money from you and make business on your misfortune!
All those guys are presenting the highest skills in aspects of professional knowledge and also difficult dealing with disoriented individuals like me! Their honesty was many times evaluated and confirmed many, many times!
It’s not a coincidence that they are in business 36 years!

“I highly recommend North Star services to anyone driving a semi. They are heavily equipped with any road side emergency service you need help with. I wish I could give 100 stars and this is because of their expert mechanic Dakota B. First of all he said that would be there in 5 minutes and he was there 4.5 minutes. Then he hopped out of his truck ready to ROCK!!? ? Took care of my multiple issues faster than Nascar could.
