Auto Medics of Shelby is a trustworthy and knowledgeable auto repair shop. The staff is super-friendly, provides great customer service, and is very transparent. They are skilled at providing accurate second opinions, having correctly diagnosed issues like a radiator and oil cooler problem instead of a costly head gasket, and identifying a failing water pump before it completely failed. They perform a comprehensive range of services, from alignments to major repairs like replacing an oil pan, completing work in a timely manner. Their workmanship is quality and reliable, fixing an oil leak permanently. They offer great prices, accept coupons, and provide helpful shuttle services. Customers recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic.
I had a great experience with Auto Medics of Shelby. Everyone was friendly, the shuttle service was convenient, and the price felt fair for the work they completed. They even washed my car before I picked it up. I would definitely recommend them!
