“??Brittany was AWESOME, so so friendly and welcoming (it really helped that day bc i was so stressed about moving too)...The transaction was VERY SIMPLE and well explained. I paid $79 overall for my 15' truck(so one of the larger sizes), and USE THE UHAUL APP GUYS BC IT WAS EXTREMELY EASY, when i needed the 1st extension on the return time(move was taking much longer than anticipated), I was charged around $40 for a couple more hrs(not great...however...), the 2nd time i went on the app and texted a rep, he said "I just went ahead and extended your rental to 24hrs for FREE, no additional charge ok?" I was like "UH HUH! THAT'S FINE WITH ME!(see why I said to USE THE APP NOW??)...I had ZERO hidden fees and it was $79 for a 24hr rental! NO OTHER TRUCK RENTAL COULD DO THAT, NOT ONE... I'LL BE BACK HERE for SURE in the FUTURE?...THX

“I am shocked by all the negative reviews of this place. I had a wonderful experience renting a U-haul today. Stephanie was such a great help. No matter how many hiccups we ran into we solved them with ease. She is a great communicator, and incredibly professional.
I would recommend this small place of business to anyone who needs a U-haul rental. Go online and reserve rather than day of, it guarantees you get a trailer or RV. Keep in mind this is a smaller U-haul rental place, Stephanie has a very small team, but it makes it all the more friendly and personable.

“I must say this Location is my favorite my truck was very clean and it was also knew I brought it back and mint condition I want to say please acknowledge Lawrence I returned this man was working alone by himself and he handled customer service very professionally he showed that he was very knowledgeable he also recognized customers who are waiting whoever his boss is please acknowledge this young man he is what I call Great customer service even though I live closer to another U-Haul location I will be doing business with this location because of Lawrence you guys pick the right person because he made me feel very welcome and I recommend this location to anyone thank you Lord for great customer service skills thank you for acknowledging the customers when they come in I can tell that this man likes his job give him a raise or a salary.”
