I just went to this store to try and drop off a package before they closed, I still had time. I pulled up at 3:58pm they were scheduled to close at 4. The young man looked me in the face after I showed him I just needed to drop something off and he locked the door anyway. Then I walked up to the door and he and another young lady working at the time just ignored me like I wasn’t standing there. At first I was upset because I was just dropping off a return but seeing the reviews it shows me this is the expectation. I will not be coming back to this UPS for anything. I’ve used this specific store many times and usually they are very friendly. I will be sure to spread the word about this specific store. If you have hours that you are open you should stick to those hours and not have employees working who look at the customer and lock the door in their faces. Please fix this

This store is very incompetent. The employees there are not helpful and very rude. I have 2 packages that I went to pick up and they sent back before their time was up. I paid for overnight a package and they sent it back to the hub less than 12 hours later this is the worst store ever. Owner/management needs to hire better employees. These employees have bad attitudes. They don’t do their job and send packages back to the hub instead of keeping there for customers to pick up within the timeframe. If I can give this store 0 stars I would. No professionalism at all at this store. UPS headquarters needs to review this store throughly

Decided to give second chance and went back today. Checked online for pricing per MGMT from my first review issue and gave me $21 price. Went into store and guy told me $38 w delivery by Friday for standard ground or $49 next day air. What, why and how the huge discrepancy? The guy tells me that's what it comes up in the system and that's my options. Told him. Thanks but I'll take my options to another company. He replied back yeah and it will take them longer.
I took it to the UPS store on 26th and Van Dyke in which they gave me price of$27...
What, why the huge difference???
I'm DONE w UPS!
I went to the US postal office had it sent first class w tracking in which it has to be signed for and delivery by Thursday (even sooner than UPS) for a total cost of $6.08

Had such a great experience at this store. The customer service was exceptional, specifically the associate Lucia was very helpful. I highly recommend a visit.

I used to love coming here before the new ownership took over. Once they took over this place became a clown show. Lost packages. People don’t know what they’re doing, I would never walk into the store again and I mean that.

I understand you need to make a profit but this store is ripping people off badly. You box prices are double and to ship out a box that I packed you wanted to charge $437 before insurance that’s just crazy. I went to the UPS store a few miles away $205 with insurance. Shame on you guys

Terrible customer service. Arrived at this location 12 minutes prior to close. 6:48pm eastern time. The young lady working saw my car & another truck pull up & proceeded to come running out and lock the door. She let the young man who was parked next to me in as he was a few steps ahead but she would not let me in. I stood at the door with my package to ship in hand and it was locked. Again it WAS NOT 7pm. Customers that were in the store looked uncomfortable knowing the store was not closed yet & one of them finally let me in. She proceeded to tell me should could not help me & she was the only one there & was she not getting stuck staying late until 8pm working! She said she still had an order to package & there was no way she would service or help me. I told her there was still 10 minutes left to close and I would wait. The door should not have been locked prior to the closing time. She said she was absolutely not going to help me-out right refused. I stood there and waited and she still would not help me. Her name is Lucia.
I walked out. As I was putting the package back in my trunk I saw a man with a very large package go to the door it was still locked but someone let him in & I waited to see if she refused him. He walked out without his package! Not sure what that was about but it appeared she helped him. Another customer proceeded to go to the door with 2 large packages prior to closing about 6:55 and they would not let her in at all. I was in the parking lot watching her. She walked by my car and she said what’s going on the store is not closed yet. I told the customer the same thing with me happened & I was there 5 minutes prior to her!
I never write “bad” reviews but I have worked in retail a long time in management and I would never treat a customer this way regardless of the store closing in 10 minutes. If this was my store I would want to know if this was going on. Customers should not be treated poorly or dealt with in this manner. Her tone was not even pleasant or kind when she addressed me. Maybe that would have helped her cause a little. Regardless it should have never been an issue to begin with. This needs to be addressed. Thank you.

Very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this UPS Store. I came in to return a textbook, and while I understood that my box wasn’t suitable, the issue wasn’t the policy — it was the attitude of the staff. The young clerk who helped me first was dismissive, had AirPods in, and seemed more interested in being rude than being helpful. He told me it would be $19 for a box and “labor,” which I don’t have an issue with in terms of cost, but the delivery of that information was incredibly unprofessional.
I left, went to another store to get a properly sized box, then returned — only to be met with more of the same indifferent, borderline rude behavior from a different clerk. I still got my package shipped and my receipt, but I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.
Pricing is one thing, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be non-negotiable. This store needs to address its customer service immediately.
