We went to add a line and get an upgrade during a promotion and were told we would “get” a case, charger and screen protector. We finished our transaction, only to get the receipt emailed hours later and to find out they charged us (way over retail, like a $70 screen protector, $40 charger) for all of those things without telling us. They also added device protection for $20/month even though we declined it.

Complete waste of time trying to do business here. They flat out refused to give me the phone I paid for online without the account owner present even though I was an account manager and the one who made the purchase. When I came back the next day with the account owner, they just flat out refused to give the phone at all saying it was cancelled even though the Verizon App and Customer Support were both saying the phone was available for pick up and nothing was cancelled. The first agent lied directly to my face on the first day, and then ran away as soon as we walked in the second day so that we would have to work with the other agent. Shady practice here, go to a different location.

I would like to commend the Verizon representative Zain, for the excellent and professional customer service I received. I was very knowledgeable and kind. I truly appreciate him exceptional service.

Buyer beware. Please make sure you read everything before you purchase anything from this location. We went in to transfer my husband's old phone to a new one. We were in a rush and didn't read everything (I know we should of) and they added another phone and another line (2 extra phones and 2 lines instead of one) and never gave us another phone. We didn't realize it until weeks later when we reviewed the bill. I'm sure the salesperson kept the new phone for themselves. Verizon customer service corrected the charges but didn't seem to care of these fraudulent actions. We tried calling the store and couldn't get ahold of anyone directly that worked in the store. Won't ever be back again, but don't want anyone else to fall victim of these shady practices.

3rd party hacks. This store literally scammed me and cost me hours of my life on the phone with Verizon corporate. The corporate / 1st party store even threw them under the bus saying these 3rd party stores just do what ever they want. And that was scam me. So they can get there commission just a joke.

Went in to switch from xfinity to verizon, and the owner was very nice up front. He signed me up for a phone line and 5g home internet and all was good. When I got home I noticed the wifi was very slow from the first day but i figured it was just running slow. I tried getting a better signal using the verizon app but couldn’t get better than fair. So a few months later i called verizon customer service to ask how i could improve my wifi speed and they let me know my area doesn’t even support 5g internet, and the router i was sold was registered to a different address than my home. The owner sold me a brand new router out of the box and registered it to an address that is no where near my house. Months of money wasted on something that didn’t work, and luckily i called customer service before i wasted any more money.

Fantastic service on Feb 15th, 2024. Randy made sure my experience was great and was able to help me upgrade my phone in a way I could afford.
A couple of older ladies came in after I did, while I was out at my car waiting for my phone to transfer all my data. When I came back in, they rudely accused Randy of helping me before them, thinking I had just come in. Randy still acted professionally and explained the situation, but they didn't care to wait 10 extra minutes for some reason.
I definitely recommend this location for any Verizon customers or anyone thinking of switching to Verizon.
