Bad experience with the employee at Walgreens today at 21 Mile and Hayes. Very rude when I asked if there was any more Diet Pepsi 12 packs. He rudely said everything we have is out and quickly walked away. Then At the checkout I asked about the $1.00 off on candy and he said It's all digital now, I'd have to do it myself without telling me how. I left all my purchases on the counter and left. Got what I needed at Rite-aid with a very courteous employee! Will not be shopping at this particular Walgreens again!!!

The pharmacy at this store is the worst. They fill partial scripts don't fill call in orders and are rude at the counter. Would not use this pharmacy

went to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy, employee with short dark brownish/orange hair told me it's going to be 15 min. i waited 40 min, went up to her again & asked if both my prescriptions were ready yet. she told me i have no insurance i owe money & there's only one prescription. i do have insurance & told her what i have. she was extremely rude & had an attitude. i said forget it & she just turned around and walked away. didn't try to solve the issue ask me questions nothing. will not be coming back or recommend this pharmacy at all!!!

Their lunch break for the pharmacy is at the worst time. 130-2 I've driven here five times now to pick up a prescription I needed filled days ago. Makes zero sense to shut the whole pharmacy down for a lunch break. And now that lunch is over, I'm the 5th car in line, it's a lot of fun with a two year old in tow. Very inconvenient. Now that I'm back for like said the 5th time. The woman told me there was a billing issue. And my prescription hasn't been filled due to that. It was a billing issue on their part as my insurance is the sane as always. So I have to come back again to get the medication I dropped of on Tuesday. Billing issue or not I need my medication so why it wasn't filled is just incompetent. Idk who has time to drive to and from the pharmacy six times in a week but I do not and I do not appreciate a pharmacy that is getting my business and is making me work incredibly hard and waste a lot of time, gas and patience doing so.They clearly have my telephone number on file and did not bother to call me or run my insurance twice. The medication I need is a time sensitive pill. Very unhappy
