They mishandle day of pick up.They go by the day they received prescription and claim too bad you have to wait another 5 days. How could you pick it up if they did not have it ready.

They offer delivery for prescriptions. But refuse to actually deliver them. Not to mention how rude they are about it when they call you. Not very helpful to someone who is homebound. It's a shame my insurance forces me to get my prescriptions here. I much preferred CVS, you pay $5 a month there for unlimited deliveries and they give you $10 to spend during that month. Same medications, delivered with no issues.
I did call my insurance company and there is a delivery service pharmacy that takes my insurance, so I canceled my order.
Taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy was busy, but the employees worked through servicing everyone very quickly. John is always very informative and Carrie is one of the best!

Staff has been always very friendly with me and my family. Will always use this pharmacy in the local area if given the option.

Picked up a small number of pictures I had developed there. Before I even knew what was happening, the person checking me out looked thru all my pictures. Maybe they already saw them but if I wanted to look at them in the store, I would look myself. I didn't need them looking through my photos commenting on them.

I came to pick up my daughter's prescriptions on one of their busiest nights and just before closing. The entire crew, Vijay, Linda, and Aaron were all super-friendly and patient. They even took the time to find the best price for one of the scripts. Thank you for doing the incredible work you do every single day!! You are ALL awesome. No matter the distance you have me as a lifetime customer.❤️

That former Rite-Aid customers are stuck with this garbage is a sad goddamned joke. Sat in line for a half hour and only saw one person successfully pick up their prescription without some sort of error or hassle. Ended up transferring mine to the 23 and Schoenherr location after these idiots were incapable of filling it properly. I am surprised the pharmacy staff here can successfully tie their shoes in the morning without strangling themselves with the laces.

I haven’t had any issues because I go inside and I usually don’t wait long however, I have had to have a family member pick up prescriptions and they have waited as much as an hour in their car to pick up a prescription for me which is ridiculous. They’ve definitely need more help, especially in the drive-thru! When my sister went there recently in October, there were five cars waiting in line. My sister waited an hour and 10 minutes for assistance that is bad customer service! Please have more help in pharmacy drive thru!!! Nobody wants to wait in their car for an hour picking up a prescription should not be a stressful situation and a long one for that time frame is unacceptable!!!

The absolute worst pharmacy. Transferred my son’s prescription from a Rite Aid that closed and it took them three days to fill it. I show up and they never asked for his insurance information and couldn’t verify it right then. My 1.5 year olds ears don’t want to wait for his war drops any longer. Three days for a prescription is excessive and now this? I left without a prescription. Stay far away.

Doctor sent in a prescription for my daughter, they said it was on manufacturer backorder and would take a week to come in. Called a week later and they said its still on backorder and they do not have a date yet from the manufacturer so they won't know when it will be in. So I know this medication comes in chewable (on backorder) form and tablets. So I asked if they had the tablets in stock and I was told that my doctor would have to send in a new script, I said yes I totallyunderstnad, but I just want to be sure you have it in stock. I was told they can't tell me that until the doctor calls in the script….. 🤔again I said which I get that but before going through all the trouble for my doctor to send over a script I just want to make sure I'm not going to get a call saying that's on backorder too. She said she couldn't tell me that information. So I told her to let me speak to someone who can tell me, and I was put on hold. She comes back and says, oh the chewables did come in! 🙄
Now as I sit in line to pick up the medication, I'm the 5th car back (and 2 cars behind me)…🫤 They know the pharmacy is a lot busier with Rite Aid closing (they told me), so wouldn't it make sense to plan for that and have extra employees. I'm sure the Rite Aid employees are looking for jobs.
This store needs some managerial attention!
