My mother unexpectedly died and they kept thousands of dollars of ours for "breaking the lease?" Now they're trying to charge us 400$ because they vacuumed 3 little carpets?! Unreal.. bad living experience. Too expensive. I feel robbed

Our leasing agent Molly was very fast, kind and willing to work with us on everything. It was a great experience and I am happy with how everything went she was very thorough and honest. If you can I would recommend that you request her

I am told to give a five-star rating this is what I'm doing. They raise the rent $60 and do nothing you can't even put up a sound wall on 59 or M21.
