Absolute bottom-tier, god-awful customer service. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, I was sent to a service representative who was nothing but angry and childish, with no customer service skills. I simply wanted to know why I was charged a certain amount for a plan I changed, and before I could even explain my issue, the rep immediately became defensive and argumentative. (Yes, I also wonder how someone can act like that the moment they open their mouths without even speaking to me for more than 30 seconds.)I had my emails from Xfinity pulled up and ready to show him. I was even logged into the Xfinity app and had it ready before I even approached him, trying to make things as easy as possible. And once I finally got the answer I was looking for - AN ANSWER THAT COULD NOT BE FOUND ON MY BILL OR BY SIGNING INTO MY ACCOUNT, the person who has no skills or business talking to customers just stared at me until I finally walked away.It really is a shame that Xfinity is the only provider available in my area, because I would have cancelled my service altogether on the spot if I had an alternate choice.

AllI needed to do is drop off some old equipment. However I had to sign in and wait for the rest of the customers that needed completely something different. They should have a dedicated counter/line that you can drop your equipment off and leave. Not wait for people looking to signup for deals, purchase items etc.

Poor service, reps spend more time flirting with each other than paying attention to customers. Went in for a simple phone purchase and after requesting the same phone 3 times, Taylor, was to preoccupied to get the right phone. Costs $100 more but Xfinity will pay for it cause im not going back here for lazy people to waste my time. Sending notice to their HQ and better business to get rid of the lazy reps they employ. Stereotype fits with the "type of person" i was assigned.

the manager shouldn't have a job in customer service let alone be a manger the attitude and arrogance is over the top. the experience sucks he needs to loose his job

Trying to save money, transferred from t- mobile and att. Have since moved back in 3days. Every one that helped me had different solutions. Don't know why they sold their systems to an 80 year old. The agent that helped today agreed.

Waiting 25 minutes to return something is crazy. I also asked a question about what improvements there were in their newest modem vs the one they provided me 3.5 years ago. The answer was " it's newer, it must be better". Really?!? As someone who requires specific technical answers ( I tried 3 times to pull the info from him) that is unacceptable.

I just needed to return equipment and had to wait in their que with other customers with much more complex issues. They seemed to have a special spot for equipment returns but it was not in use. Store is clean and geared towards selling as opposed to servicing customers.

Not often do I have good things to say about Xfinity. Today I do, After making my appointment online, it was pretty seamless showing up to the store. The representative helped me with all three accounts and saved me money on two of them.This is much better going into the store than playing all of the games on the phone with Xfinity.
