I have the 7eleven rewards app and they still say I have to pay... even though my points have disappeared and it says my purchase/rewards were taken.... ?

It’s my neighborhood 7/11 and was a good place, but they never change the signage . They have nothing but old sales up and when you get to the register they look at you crazy when you tell them about it and I come back the next day and the same signs are up. This has happened more then 5 times in the last year .At first I thought I was because of a shortage of employees but now I feel it’s just to get you to the register. It’s very deceptive and the lack of care to remove the old signs when informed is definitely an establishment that I can’t support. Stay away.

This place is always my go to 7-11. The staff is always polite and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need not every 7-11 is that way anymore. It is refreshing to actually get customer service with a smile. Thank you. Keep up the great work. I will be back. For my ice cold fountain drinks.

Dirty store that smells like a deceased homeless man’s armpit. Filthy parking lot. Limited selection of overly expensive items. If they do have what you’re looking for it’s twice the price of anywhere else … luckily they never have what I’m looking for.

The clerk is rude, Sadly I will not be back to this 7-Eleven I asked to play one lottery number I called it off to him. Then when I ask for a easy pick he got mad like you only said you wanted one number wow customer service has really went down the drain.

Great store, great people. Except for the night guy with meth mouth who judges me everytime I go there for what I buy. Very poor service and attitude from that dude. Would give 5 stars if not for meth mouth night guy.

This is for a review of the store at 31752 John R in Madison Heights, MI. My experience with other locations have been positive. I hope this is an isolated incident. I went to the store yesterday to get a refill of pop and redeem my points for free mini donuts as well get a few more packages since they are on sale. The cashier accused me of not bringing in my c up p and also got upset when I questioned why I was being charged for the one package of donuts I was supposed to get for free. He took all my items away and told me to leave the store, that he had customers to wait on. He was very unprofessional.

Smells like a trash can inside, dirty outside. Absolutely no way shape or form. Does that make me wanna eat anything from inside here I go in here to use the ATM but that's it.

I went to buy lotto tickets and the lady can't figure it out and gave me attitude. Last time I'm going there for my "eazy picks" (responses to owner) she had to get the manager to use lotto.

I hope you have a extra time. I figured it was a fluke last time, but every time I come here specifically, their card reader has mad issues. I mean it's an ancient model but I'm sure these things can be repaired/cleaned/updated; replaced once in a while. Makes you feel like they have a card skimmer or something happening. Whenever money issues arise it violates trust. I'll go to the 711 a mile down the road.
