AMC John R 15 offers a variety of amenities to enhance the movie-going experience, including spacious rocking seats and luxury recliners. The theater features premium options like IMAX, Dolby Cinema, and Prime, making it a solid choice for film lovers. Many reviews highlight the friendly and accommodating staff, who provide excellent customer service, even in challenging situations. However, there are some concerns. Some visitors noted that certain seats do not recline, which may not be suitable for those with back problems. Additionally, issues with frozen drink refills after 8 PM have been reported. While the cleanliness of the bathrooms was initially a problem, it appears that improvements have been made. Despite these drawbacks, AMC John R 15 is praised for its great location, good parking, and wheelchair accessibility, making it a family-friendly destination for movies. Overall, the combination of comfortable seating, attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this theater a popular spot for movie enthusiasts.
Always one of my favorite theaters to watch a movie. It's always clean and quiet.

Nice staff and clean theaters. The chairs are getting old, they clunk when reclining and are super loud. Also sucks that this theater doesn't have Imax. But otherwise one of the better Metro Detroit theaters.
