My phone the S22 was very broken and I was worried I would have to spend so much money to either get it fixed or to trade it in. The worker at this location, John. Is a god send. He helped me with all of it and I only ended up spending $60 instead of the $288 that I would have to to fix it or if i had gone to a diffrent store. Thank you so much to John and this store. This will be the only one I go to from now on.

Jon B has been such a help! I remembered him from 8 years ago when he helped me with my home phone. Glad he's back! He's been the best one at this location and I've been coming here a long time!!

Transferred my Verizion account back to ATT. Smooth transition. Joshua was filling in at the Warren Store on Dequindre Road near 12 mile. He was courteous, helpful, and just a nice guy. I will recommmend my friends and family get their phone service from ATT.

Long line. I waited 15-20 minutes then was told that they don't have a bathroom I could use. There were still people in front of me. I had to pee. Once I left I didn't come back. Rather go to a place where I can use the restroom when I need to & I don't have to wait long

Only 1 employee working so u have to wait a while & NO public restroom. Sucks that u have to wait a long time then u can't go to the bathroom. I left. Not coming back due to inconvenience
