I would not recommend purchasing a phone at this ATT store. I purchased a phone at the MADISON HEIGHTS location in MI. I was dissatisfied with phone the next day for overheating and just sought to get a different brand phone. I was not allowed to exchange without a restocking fee of $55. Poorest customer service I've ever received with ATT.

This place is racist dont go here they judge base off looks to get approved I have a 805 credit score and they thought I was junky I didn't get customer service at all they is a joke and weird they need fire all shift workers

This place is a damn joke!! Just to meet quota they will lie, and make you miss out on a $100 promo on a tablet. If you don’t know what you want, don’t rely on them to to tell you. I came in here a few days ago and they can’t order a tablet to the store address so you have to hope the thing don’t get stolen before you get home from work. Secondly, they won’t Upgrade your line, they will add a line, and make you pay a $35 activation fee and on top of that, they will cancel your old line and make you miss out on that $100 credit. Ya’lls RSM needs to make a visit ?

The store was amazing Nic, Shay and Mya were amazing helping us and making sure we felt at home especially since we were bringing over so many phones. It was a process, but Nic handled it and made sure everything went smooth and getting us set-up. Shay the Manager and Mya were awesome talking to us while Nic was handling the account all while they were assisting other customers in the store. The best AT&T store I have been in by far. Keep this staff in place as they all had smiles and were very patient. Thank you Shay, Nic and Mya.

Went to upgrade my phone and had the best experience. The team of Shay, Maya, and Jaylan was very helpful and made the process easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this location.

Store was fine. My advisor was helpful, ATT pulled what I consider a very shadey business practice. Traded in a phone during the "any phone, any condition " get a free phone program. I described my phone accurately as working but with a bad battery, they accepted that phone, received it, and then decided it was unacceptable due to a bad battery. I had to track this down myself since I received no contact or information from ATT itself. Will not purchase or use ATT again.
