Very poor customer service. One teller working the week before Christmas. The wait was out the door. Manager not pitching in. There was another associate doing something else but not helping. When I was finally waited on the teller was rude to me and told me I was not aware of the bank rules. I have been a customer for over 40 years. Ready to take my accounts elsewhere where I am treated better. You are very unprofessional!

It would be recommended that corporate comes out to help support this location, and provide any additional training.I walk in and am greeted by a lady with a tablet, who tells me she can make my deposit.After many issues, I ended up having to go back to the window, after four people were served before me.It’s also my suggestion that there should not be someone with a tablet to assist with making deposits. Those people should be behind the window to help out customers.Terrible service all around.

This Bank is horrible. Especially for Businesses they are rude and service is super slow. They also tell businesses to comeback in later.

Currently waiting over 45mins just for a wire transfer and I'm the only person waiting. Black guy and foreign guy just talking and laughing the day away. Older black lady just switching back and forth now help or anything arguing about the foreign guy taking too long for lunch. However, still no service. I truly hate bank of America employees and how every bank I go to is ran.

I showed up to the lobby at 2pm on a Monday, and they were closed. The hours on the door suggest they should have been open, and there was no notes like they were closed for lunch. It also definitely wasn't a bank holiday.

I had a very good and pleasant experience. The manager of the branch is very flexible at least on my case. I went to 4 branches and no one got the time to serve. Tabitha was very practical and squeezed me in. I really appreciated her effort. Great service.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The staff are also ignorant and not very bright. Not willing to help anyone without an appointment, yet the one in Royal Oak on Woodward helps customers who walk-in. Do not go to this branch. Also, the people have strong accents and are very hard to understand. I went to the one on Woodward in Royal Oak after the one here was unable to help me and it was like night and day different.

Literally 1 lady helping 1 guy for at least 20 min. One lady walking around behind the counter. The lights have shut off twice because she hasn’t moved to help anyone.Update for the reply: unfortunately not all services are offered at the atm or online. Trust me, I avoid the inside of the bank specifically for the reason above.
