Their watch battery policies are strict and over the top. The guy working today pointed out it’s $17/watch to have the batteries replaced. I had two, and $34 seems steep for two batteries, so I asked how much just the battery is if I replace it myself. The younger guy didn’t say it outright but insinuated if he had to tell me what kind of battery they are, he would be charging for an install. I said I’ll figure it out myself and drove 1/10th a mile to the watch shop 1/10th of a mile away, and they replaced them for $10. Won’t be back to this batteries plus location after today, especially when I’ve come here in the past and an older gentleman who is normally working helped me find the watch batteries no problem.

Honestly so convenient. I liked being able to shop online to make sure I could compare specs thoroughly, but I didn’t have to deal with shipping! My battery was available same-day and when I went to pick it up, the clerk had great guidance on how to use and maintain it to maximize its life. Really thankful to have these options in a physical store.

They had the batteries I needed at a competitive price. The personnel were not as friendly as they could have been but they were very helpful.

Good place to go to find unusual batteries. Many big box and hardware stores just carry the more common types and are not familiar with the others.

Place is a joke buy a 160 dollar battery and doesn't last a year. Mind you the battery has a two year warranty and they refuse to do anything with it. The lady working there is super rude on top of it.
