This was another store before it was Costco. They should have picked another location or torn down the building. Gas line weaves around the parking lot. There's a lot of crossover with entry/exit and return lines. Other Costco locations seem 30-50% more parking/store space. Still the same deals but lot of frustration with excessive lines.

Impossible to book appt. with them, do not take insurance even though Costco advertises that they take insurance now.

It's super crowded. Hard to what items are in the freezer/refrigerator because there are no signage. The staff is friendly and helpful when you find one. The prices higher than Sam's Club. Some items you force to buy 2 when it's not necessary. To order from their cafe you use the kiosk and they will call out the number printed on your receipt. They do get you order to you quickly. I would like it if the condiment station was cleaned and refilled more often. There was very little ice, some of the soda spouts were out as well as the ketchup. Not sure I will renew my membership when it's up for renewal. I did find somethings I was pleased with

I'm still waiting for my paycheck. Apparently Costco thinks I am one of their employees. Scan my own items, box my own items and then have someone treat me like shit while double checking my work before I leave. Find a better way and stop treating customers like criminals. Keep the shelves stocked. Prices keep rising but that's Biden's fault.

I've been to all the Costcos in the area and this one has to be the worst when it comes to customer support and service.I help my grandma shop her and this is the closest to her home in SH. 11/18/23 it was a busy Saturday pre-thanksgiving; checkout people we had were these two ladies that just wanted to go home. Didn't bother to help me with loading my grandma's groceries--its usually to get someone always helpful in packing your boxes with your items but not tonight. Who the heck leaves their drink in the way of the counter? Only some younger girl that just wants to go home at the end of the day; chatting w her coworkers

I love costco. The employees are pleasant and helpful (rare in a big box store). Great return policy. I don't even need to remember my receipt. Costco can check my purchase history. I trust the products they carry. I like the Kirkland brand more than more established brands. We buy everything we can from Costco, including tires, car rentals, and medications.

I saw Dr. Chase for the first time recently after many years of chain eyecare places. While I never had a 'bad' experience outright elsewhere, it just seemed to be a higher level of listening and feedback than the normal experience. She wrote me two scripts for one of my eyes because the difference was so slight, but could effect my vision in actual usage. She was right, too. The one I thought I wanted turned out to be wrong, so it saved the headache of a second visit. Will happily return.

Years ago, I wrote a review for the Madison Heights Costco. I was singing its praises. Now? It's not so much that the employees are not friendly, but they're definitely not as friendly as they once were. Lots of new, sour faces. It's not that the store isn't clean; it's average. But you can tell that the store is a reflection of the people that shop here. The problem is the clientele is the worst. Every dreg of society comes to this location. They are rude, pushy, and entitled. I don't care where you come from or what you do or how you live your life, but this is a shared space. If you can't be respectful, get the hell out of my way. I have no time for gutter trash. The surrounding communities are mixed bag of all sorts of different cultures and wonderful people. Unfortunately all the absolute losers shop here.

Bad experience with optical. I picked up new glasses and asked the lady to adjust them, as well as my older pair, for fit. She said, I don't do that. Now I have brand-new glasses I cannot wear because they fall off my face when I move at all in daily life. I will have to take time out and find another Costco Optical at another location and see if they will fit my NEW glasses to my face. What an unpleasant experience. I bought three pairs of glasses there but I will not be back. I like the optometrist, it is the optical department that is lacking.

Disappointed in Costco - How can you sell shrimp like this? Maybe teach your staff how to clean shrink properly.

Really disappointed shopping here to the point where I am considering not renewing my membership after being a member for many years. No rhyme or reason for having to show your membership card upon entering, they don't even look at it!!! And it's inconsistent, sometimes they do and other times they don't bother. And on the times they do, they will stop you. Then after spending over $300 during my trip, the person checking my receipt is spending too much time checking my cart. What the heck is going on?!?!? I'd prefer to shop elsewhere where I'm not treated like a potential criminal. Too bad, they have great products. Wish their treatment of members was better.

Today I was treated like a criminal at the front door by their greeter June. She was demanding to see my Costco ID. When I refused she stated I had to leave the store. I told her I was a member and I've never had to show my ID before. I was just trying to buy some beer after a hard days work. June needs to check her attitude before checking Membership cards.

Easy in, easy out. The testing equipment used was modern and the script she provided me was spot on. I’d recommend anyone to this optometrist. What I REALLY liked was they don’t play the game wherein getting your script is done Thru the eyeglass department. Nobody is holding my script hostage. I did end up getting my glasses just outside her door and saved 75% over Pearl Vision and Clawson’s House of Optical.

My daughter had her first exam here and it was amazing. We left with her saying she had so much fun. The Dr spent so much time explaining things to us and was so kind. It was easy to make an appointment. The lady at the front was SO accommodating and sweet. We really enjoyed the treasure chest at the end. :)
