I was told by the 2 Clarkston CVS that I could go anywhere to get a prescription filled within their family. I recently had a renewal from the doctor and requested it to be sent to this location due to mt drive back and forth on I75 that I do. 5 days pas because the pharmacy hours are my work day hours so I cant make it there within their limited operation hours. Finally making it it. The woman at pick up looks it up and says sorry we are all out of thst medication. What? She says just go to another who has it. I had never heard of such a thing! I drove to another and discovered another hoop to jump through. My insurance required a 90 day script not s 30 day script. This location couldnt even bother to tell me this. I wasted my morning driving for asthma inhaler so I could breath that I was out of. Ill NEVER go to this location again. You shouldnt either unless you like this kind of service!

Elena helped me tremendously yesterday. She corrected the name of my medication to avoid any potential allergic reactions and gave me discount since I was paying out of pocket. She was so good at her job. What a treasure to CVS for having such a wonderful employee. Thank you so much Elena.

Pharmacy staff has never been more rude in my life. I enjoy the belittling comments and frequent snide remarks. It also of great appreciation that the staff routinely forgets to call and gets upset that I didn't reach out first. I'd give them 10 stars if I could, makes me feel subhuman.

I was a little annoyed that the urgent care I went to sent my sons prescription to the wrong pharmacy (5 miles further than my typical pharmacy), but I had a great experience. The pharmacist was super helpful and nice as well, plus - it gave me a reason to go to Target ? ??♀️

Staff is rude and unprofessional. They lie about their names to avoid complaints against them and their pharmacy manager completely enables this. This is not a normal pharmacy practice.

I'm not impressed by this pharmacy. It's located inside Target. They don't call you to let you know that your medicine is ready like other CVS pharmacies do. There's not even a robocaller system to do it. You have to go in there and ask them if your prescription is ready. There's no drive-thru pickup window. They didn't have one of my prescriptions in stock and told me to come back the next day. If I didn't live less than a mile away from this pharmacy I would go elsewhere.
