The cashiers are miserable and not pleasant at all. My trip was easy the store was clean. I also tried to do a chime deposit and the cashier just said No. not an apology or explanation- the attitudes of employees is just gross

Store has had a broke down van with 4 flat tires in front of the store for 3 months, Seems like they like to make the community look like garbage.... Horrible store!!!

I went in for a gift card but they can never load it. Same thing with other dollar general stores. Take the gift cards out of you can't load them. Waste of time.

Majority of shelves in this store are empty but I saw that there were about 20+ carts full of boxes in the back room which could be put out to fill the shelves. at least 4 workers standing at the register doing nothing but chatting instead of working on the truck load. Walked right out without buying a thing.

What a total disgrace of customer service at this DG location.Came here because of an ad showing Lowe's gift cards 15% of Nov 24-26. I walk in store on the 25th (today), grab the cards and ask into confirm the 15% off. The cashier (and I believe what was the manager) next to her, tell me it was Thanksgiving day only. I thought to myself okay fine (but was pretty sure I read the ad differently). I went to my car and pulled up the ad, and what do you know it says 24-26th clearly. So I went back in and asked nicely if we could try to ring one up as the ad showed 24-26. The cashier didn't even look at my phone and just said "we can try" and seemed very agitated. She rang it up, no 15% discount. Okay fine, so I said alright thanks for trying I won't buy it. She didn't respond and just slammed a button on her keyboard, probably to cancel the transaction.Why exactly are you agitated a customer is coming in for a specific deal that DG advertised incorrectly? What a total disgrace. Go work in a warehouse if you don't want to talk to customers normally.I'm not mad about the deal not working, I'm annoyed that the cashier acted like it was a hassle to even try the deal - and that she completely dismissed that it was marked incorrectly on the ad. Thanks and get help!

The cashiers at this particular location are extremely rude.I came in to purchase soap, & set it on the counter.The cashier with the hearts tattooed on her neck was more concerned with yacking away with her coworker & looking at her phone even though she saw me standing there for almost 2 minutes waiting to pay for my merchandiseThere was no acknowledgement, no courtesy, & just a whole bunch of bad attitude & negative energy.This isn't the first time that these employees have been very rude, but it is definitely the LAST TIME I'll be back.

This is the 3rd time since this new manager took over and no one there to open store. Bring Jon back this store is horrible now. What a shame since i work next door and go there everyday

Poor lady couldn't get the receipt machine to work people were giving her a hard time seemed to me she was the only one working, Covid hasn't taught some people to be kind to others.... She was doing a great job was sweet and friendly even after being treated so poorly by customers.....
