Love Edens hydro, George is a good man. These 1 stars are hilarious, I always get a discount orders are always correct, huge selection, George and his staff have stopped what they are doing to help me and even carry my stuff out for me, you simply don't find too many shops like this anymore.

I had a damaged online order show up. I immediately emailed. I didn't get a response. So I called the next day and man what a great response. They asked what the issue was and asked for documentation of the damaged product and agreed to send a replacement. In this day and age when someone doesn't reply to your email don't give up and rip em. Call and explain that it's frustrating and let the business rectify the issue. You have my business George.

I had the displeasure of speaking with George when assisting one of his clients. Without going deep into unnecessary details, we had a minor issue in regards to payment. We had sorted it out after a few minutes.However, half an hour afterwards, George went out of his way to call the establishment I was assisting his client at and began berating me and the services I provided (despite my best efforts to make the process easy for everyone involved.)He told me that I had an ego, that I made fun of him for a mistake, that it was clear to him I never had a father in my life, and that I need to find Jesus in my life.Needles to say, it didn't leave a good mark on my image of him. Being a business owner myself, If this is how he treats all of his clients and customers, I'm not surprised that his business hasn't grown past two stores in nearly 15 years of operation.
