The bald guy with the purple polo and glasses was extremely rude and had a smart mouth making me feel stupid and embarrassed when I asked a simple question. The man acted completely different before interacting with me. I didn’t get a name but management needs to talk to him.

Worst fedex location you can ever go to. From the manager to the staff they are the most unprofessional with attitudes. Shame on FedEx for employing such unprofessional staff. You have to beg for a service that you pay for. Also packages and items went missing from inside the store. No respect to customer service. Take your money to UPS where every customer is respected

This FedEx location is convenient and easily accessible from the main road. I've been shipping prepaid packages here for more than two years! They have a self service kiosk which makes it easy to scan all my prepaid labels and drop them off at the shipping center desk. The employees at the desk seem friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Ground cut off times are consistent so make sure you drop everything off at 5-5:10 pm M-F if you need it to go out the same day.

I’ve been dropping off prepaid cartons here for years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Now with the lobby scanner, I just scan and drop it off at the counter or wheel it behind the counter if it’s on my dolly.
About the only issue I had was waiting in line if someone had a messy item to pack and ship, but now the lobby scanner has eliminated that issue. I’m literally in and out in a minute or two,

The three ladies that were working this evening were so wonderful!! I waited until the last minute to ship something and it was minutes before they close but all three of them were so kind and helpful!! I believe the one that was directly working with me was named Lori, but the two that were helping others were so friendly even though I for sure inconvenienced them by coming right before they closed. :)

Michael was giving me a very hard time like he didn't know his job. I told him twice my company gave me the code to ship the computer via FedEx, free of charge to me. i was told I just need to bring the item and code. But he was not listening, and instead, trying to sell me that box for $28 and argued by saying sometimes for free, sometimes not — when the only thing he needed to do was to scan and find out! Finally he scanned and shut his mouth. He really needs more training on customer service. BTW, UPS is a lot easier and way more friendly.

We had to get a poster for a baby shower printed at the last minute on 03-08-24. The clerk really helped us with suggestions to improve the image before she printed it. We were very satisfied and grateful for her service and assistance.

I needed a book rebound from a regular spine to a spiral bound. The staff was very nice but warned me because of the size it might not come out great. Well I just picked it up and I am over the moon!
Great staff. Willing to work with you! 10/10 will use them again.

Service was ok but not using they're products. They made you to security deposit then they will let you to use the work station. I was trying to get into email to print something and it kept saying not correct with " I am not a robot captcha thingy even if you selected correct". It made you to waste your time so they can make more money since every min will count and deduct from your security deposit.
