We ordered a $7 part online. Called the next morning to determine the shipping cost since the web site didn't list the cost. The staff couldn't answer our question. Red flag...... should of canceled order. The part is smaller than a small dental floss package, came in a 15x7x5 box with a $93.12 freight charge. From MI to WA... really? Should of used Amazon.....

Place was great to deal until corona the web page is hard to go through and I always used will call and they were great now you cant use them it's horrible will not use them anymore and I was a regular customer with them spending lots of money

Dude!!! I needed a start capacitor for my air compressor. They had it cheaper than anyone else. Not even 24 hours after ordering it, it shows up at my door?!?!THEN, upon opening the box i discover this adorable candy bar inside that was DELICIOUS! This just made my whole day! Thanks Galco, i already told my friends about your amazing company! Keep up the great work! ?

We order a part on Feb 2nd for next day pickup and when I got there the next morning they shipped it. Customer is down and you shipped it. I called my customer and said we should have it tomorrow or by Friday. Nothing showed up. They put it on the UPS truck with no label. UPS is holding it. We call each day and still nobody is doing anything. It's Thursday the 11th and I called and nothing. I said why have you not put somebody in a car and sent them to go get it, unbelievable.All I can say is run from this place!

Customer service was terrible. The package even arrived with a candy bar all about their stellar customer service. Wrong part was shipped, not even close to the 3 pack item that was on the pick ticket. It was an emergency part for a down customer so I called. The person answering the phone provided very little assistance and said I would hear back from them. I recieved an email from Brandon asking if I wanted to cancel or have him reorder. I asked for reorder asap. I did not hear back so I asked if it had been shipped and received a reply that is was on backorder. I requested cancelation and refund and got no reply. Messaged again a week later to ask if the credit had been issued and got no response. The refund was issued to my card. This is terrible customer service. Communication is key!

Ordered a part for an emergency repair to my septic pump. Part came in 3 days to a remote island off the coast of Maine. Packed very well too.
