This store is horrible. They have agreements with delivery apps like Doordash and Roadie where they're supposed to get the order ready online so the driver picks it up and goes but these people do the exact opposite of what they're supposed to do what a waste of life of many employees at this place.

Four people working in customer service. Helping one customer. There must not be any common sense amongst the four of them. Great place for a lot of home Depot employees to get off the floor however. None of them are actually service and customers or answering the phone

I purchased a kitchen upgrade from Home Depot and had them install it. One of the wall cabinets holding an over-the-range microwave came crashing to the floor. Home Depot says the install warranty is only one year. It has only been 15 years. The cabinet warranty is lifetime. I contacted the manufacturer (Kraftmade). After reviewing pictures of the mess, Kraftmade said my cabinet warranty is voided because the installation was not done in accordance with their instructions. They say the instructions are the same today as they were when initially installed and as they were in Home depot's contractor installation specification book. Home depot refuses to own up to their negligence and fix the problem fairly. If you are having kitchen cabinets installed by "professionals", how long do you expect it to stay on the wall without being purposefully taken down?

Had a problem, checking out try to get the attention of two workers but I was absolutely invisible to them. Why don't you guys hire people that actually do their job

Busy on the first 80 degree Saturday of 2022. Things are well stocked right now. Checkout was fast with staff helping people out. Staff was helping people load their vehicles and turning down tips. Very courteous.

This is literally the worst Home Depot in Michigan. You can NEVER get help and I've tried several times. Everytime I'm waiting 20 minutes for no one to ever show. But when I walk around the store every employee is on their phone.

OMG - the returns line is the SAME as pickups. How silly is THAT ??? Don't bother with pickups because it will take LESS time to get the crap on your own. Its not that they can't get people to work there. It's that everyone lost tons of revenue so they're cutting cost by reducing payroll. EVERYONE is doing this. If you know what you need get it on amazon and let stores go out of business.

This location is the best option! Store is orderly, staff is available and happy to help, and you can get absolutely everything you could need for your DIY home renovation project at a cheaper cost than Amazon and Lowe's. Plus they do price match, so if you do see the product somewhere else for a lower price... they will honor it with just a show of the current advertisement on your phone. Layout is easy to navigate and the friendly staff make this my go to spot for all my home needs. ****Oh- they've updated they're policy to handle the recent increase in shoplifting schemes everywhere so that you must have a receipt or the card used for original purchase in order to make a return. Easy enough and, from a financial perspective, I totally get it!!

Prices have spiraled out of control, with no help at all from the chain. I get thatvtheir costs have increased but they dont seem to be doing anything. Oh... they did one thing. THEY GOT RID OF THE HOT DOG KIOSKS! During Covid? Sure. I understand that. But then getting rid of them permanently? Basically a big "screw you" to the cusyomers. I will be taking my biz to locally owned franchises or shops. Like Frentz & Son's Hardware on Main in Royal Oak, or Durst Lumber in Oak Park on 11 mile. Good riddance to Home Depot. I used to like your store, but no more.
