Made an appointment for my TPMS system failure. Brian went above and beyond explaining the repairs and what would be required. Definitely would go back there.

Goodyear Madison Heights location was great. Brian the manager explained what I needed now and what could wait until winter. My car was ready sooner than they estimated. Good customer experience.

All of the service personnel were great. I had a blow out 600 miles from home and needed four tires for my import. They got me in and gave me a more than reasonable quote for four tires and expedited the time in the shop. I would recommend their services to all need any service for their vehicles.

Amazing review! I was a walk-in and Brian helped me out. He went above and beyond and took care of me. I highly recommend going to the Madison heights location where everyone is great especially in the garage and Brian is extraordinary with customer service and getting you back on the road. 10 stars

These guys really saved my day. I had a nail in my tire kind of late in the day and they were happy to get me in no problem. I really appreciated the front desk. He couldn't have made this any easier and faster. I was back on my way in no time at all and felt good about how fair their pricing was. I will definitely be back for any future tire needs!

I make an appointment for a oil change on Tuesday for Thursday. When I get there he acts like I don't have an appointment. Took me 2 hours to get an oil change.

I called seeking 4 new tires for my car knowing little to nothing about the process. I spoke with Nate who helped me understand the time frame of the job and plan around my schedule to insure my car would be available when I needed it to be AND followed through on that promise. Nate also offered me a better product than I was asking for and even saved me a little money along the way. Honest and timely people over there.

I tried to call the Royal Oak location on Woodward. but them had closed down. When I called to talk to Elvie, he assured me that the Madison Heights location would be able to take care of my flat tire. When I went there, I met Felicia and Nate. The got me in pretty quick and fixed my tire. Even through I didn't buy the warranty on the tires, he didn't charge me for fixing the tire. I'm very happy with the service Nate was able to offer me. When you go, make sure you ask for Nate or Felicia.
