I believed in H&R Block's saying 100% that they were accurate and would fix any error, so I didn't mind the high cost that they charged until they made an error on my returns. Ignore the electric messages multiple times about this error until I had to call IRS who informed me of their error. After multiple calls to H&R, I finally got an appointment to get this resolved just for the Rep to only provide 1 page of the form that needed corrected informed me that I would need to fix their error (understand that the IRS will not accept just 1 page of a form). They also claim they have a rep in the office daily and their Web page shows their daily hours but when you call, the voice mail says they are close until the next day which that voice mail is updated to say the are close when you try to call again that next day. If you want your taxes done right, then I would shop around who knows how to do Taxes correctly. I paid them very good money and lost alot of money because they dont want to help, they want fast easy money to make.

Customer service is not good here, in the middle of talking they just put me on hold and I called back they didn't answer. It was to early to rude when I had a question about my information.

The worst, my H&R Block rep input my tax information incorrectly multiple years in a row and now I receive letter after letter from IRS saying owe based on her mistake. The Manager at this office told me they would make a peace of mind claim, (That I Paid For) yet after calling corporate, come to find out they did not file. Having this escalated up to a district manager. Steer CLEAR from H&R Block.

I have never had such an awful, awful experience with taxes in my life. I signed up for their tax digital drop-off. I submitted all the documents online. The first person ghosted me. Then I spent more than a week getting bounced around to different departments. Finally, I was assigned to this office, which did not fill me with confidence. They made several mistakes that required trips back. Do not recommend.
