I recently used this service because my usual transportation cancelled, leaving me only 24 hours to find a service that could not only transport via wheelchair, but also used ramps and could get the wheelchair bound person out of the home. Independent Medical Trans Svc. not only had someone available at a short notice but the person was helpful, competent while moving and securing the wheelchair in the van and kind. I spoke with the owner of the Company, who was amazing. Understanding what one goes through trying to coordinate, transportation and Dr. visits all with pricing competitive or better (considering they have ramps to use and most do not). I would give 10 stars if I could and will definitely be using this service again.

Dimitri was a pro never made me feel rushed,had a calming effect on both of my Elderly Parents(Dad was being transported from medical facility back home).Reasonable rates excellentsevice/knowledge.Woul give them 6 stars.if I could.I highly recommend their service.
