I was at Lowes on Saturday, Nov 11, 2023 at approximately 11:30 a.m. in Madison Heights, MI. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the vendor for Leaf Guard and the check-out director. And in general, the store had a great vibe!

I ordered ahead so I would make sure my item that was on sale was still available. It wasn’t ready as I ordered it 30 minutes before arriving so I went to look for my item. The gentleman working there helped me locate the item and made sure to put the big box in my cart even though I’m quite capable of doing it myself. Great customer service !

The kitchen department at Lowe's in Madison Heights is horrible! Using Lowe's installer to measure out my kitchen, I placed an order for semi custom KraftMaid cabinets February 07, 2023. I was promised cabinet delivery to my home March 2023 and cabinet installation April 07, 2023. During the install, the same install team only hung 20% of my base cabinets because the designer miscalculated cabinet sizes, widths and depth, I ordered glass cabinet doors instead I received solid doors, she placed drawers cabinet where there should have been sink cabinets and the installers missed measured the ceiling height which meant that I either had to choose smaller crown molding or order shorter cabinets... because this was not the fault of KraftMaid, they didn't put a rush on the order and I had to wait an another 6-8 weeks... when the cabinet came back the 2cd time, I was sent another customer cabinet molding and damaged cabinets, And still wrong cabinets and now they want me to wait until October 2023 before all my cabinet are in... I spent over 31 thousand on cabinets and I still don't have a complete kitchen... I have asked for a refund and my request has fallen on deaf ears... I'm suing them. 8-9 months and still no cabinets? Run from them.. they take no accountability and only offers promises!

Horrible delivery service for appliances, once they get your money they don't care about when your products get delivered. They switched the contact information for our delivery without telling us which resulted in us missing the delivery, now we have to wait 3-4 days for the new delivery day. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I purchased a dishwasher on the 15th of January and was told maybe a week out on delivery. Here we are on February 2nd. I've called and been hung up on several times after being on hold for 15 minutes. Finally got a hold of an actual person who informed me they'd been calling the wrong number. Correct number is clearly shown on contract. Apparently they don't need your money or patronage. Very dissatisfied and absolutely unacceptable.I bought 5 appliances from them and I will go anywhere but Lowes for anything in the future. I think it this point I'm going to cancel and go to ABC .

I hired them for a fence installation and the fence is warping in several spots! They have been giving me the runaround and not willing to fix it! Yet I'm still expected to pay for it. I have a video clip which I'd like to upload.

Very unprofessional ,Im highly upset ,I ordered a door and storm door in March 2022 and now it's Aug and no door ,they measured my door in April when they sent me pics of my door broke. They were suppose to send me a new door cause the one delivered was cracked and they refunded me my money that I was unaware of .I was informed 2 weeks ago that someone will be out to install my door when new door arrived .StI'll haven't heard anything ,worse store for door install

I am continually disappointed by all of my local Lowe's locations. Today I placed an online order for some paint and glue so I could quickly pick it up on my lunch. I got the notice to pick my stuff up and headed out. When I arrived they had mixed 1 gallon of paint when I ordered a 5-gallon pail. There is no point to order online if I still have to piss away my limited time in store while they fix their mistake.

We waited over a month to have carpet installed. When we ordered the carpet they said all we have to do is take our beds down, they would move everything else. So when they came to install they said we can't do it because my husband had some things on his desk and there was a treadmill on rollers in the corner, some dressers also. They said they would have to reschedule when the stuff was moved. We canceled . We will never use Lowes again. They said they couldn't even reschedule until after Christmas. Unbelievable! We took off work from our own company so we could be here. Them 2 men that showed up had no masks on and didn't even ask if we would like them to put masks on. Totally unprofessional.

I mainly like this store because it's usually pretty empty. It sure beats the crowded Home Depot across the street. This is my main location for home improvement. I know where everything is and again, it feels less claustrophobic than Home Depot. I've never had any issues with returns. I brought back a $100 tree that died within a week of planting it. No questions asked. That was great. Most of these places are the same, have the same products, etc. So really what distinguishes this is their stock and environment. I can always find what I need and like the shopping experience.

Angel in gardening department is incompetent. Spilled paint all over the ground, let her know it got all over my shoes, and she said "sorry." Very poor customer service
