The store receives mixed feedback on customer service. Some staff members are noted as extremely unhelpful, irritated, and miserable, offering no help, which can lead customers to consider going to a competitor. However, many other employees are highlighted as tremendously helpful, a tremendous help, great, a big help, super friendly, helpful, patient, and persistent, with a positive attitude. Their assistance is frequently praised, with some customers stating the staff was definitely better and very helpful. Prices are noted to be lower than competitors, with customers reporting a great deal. While the store sometimes is out of stock of a few things, overall experiences are often good. The service desk and customer service are points of both negative and positive interactions, impacting the overall shopping experience.
