I took my vehicle in back in February of this year to Crash Champions for repairs. While they had my vehicle, they damaged my headliner. Their detail guy also just never bothered cleaning my car prior to them delivering it to me.I tried working with the shop and they told me they would replace the headliner. It's now been over 6 months and the manager Derek is absolutely unresponsive. I've called numerous times and each time I'm told I'll need to speak with Derek. I can't tell you how many times I've left a message for Derek. I've tried emailing Derek for a copy of the invoice to confirm they've ordered the part. No response.

Derek and the whole team here are very professional and will treat you like family. We have used them three times and every single time the car turns out looking like new! Perfect paint match on my Chrysler minivan! I highly recommend this place ? ?

Great group of people! 2nd time I've had work done at this location. 1st time they did great work, and quickly. 2nd time unfortunately my vehicle was deemed totaled, but they kept me informed. Would return!

I brought my car in for rear bumper repair. It took 3 weeks to have it done because they had ordered the wrong parts twice. On the day of pick up I found trash and debris left inside my car and the emblems had not been put on. I pointed out and the guy put them on right there but did it incorrectly. I showed him the picture of how it should be then he said he would order a new set of emblems and call me in to replace them. He never called me. I had to call in three times to check on that. Each time he said he would check on that and call me back but didn’t. Over a month later I called again and finally she told me to bring my car in. The emblems were finally put on but it was crooked. I always had my cars repaired there in the past but not again.

The staff are friendly and professional, but the quality is sub standard. I had my rear bumper and lift gate repaired after a fender bender. There was a two month wait to get my vehicle in. When they finished the repairs I got my car back and the new bumper was bent and wavy on the top so when the lift gate closed part of it was making contact with the bumper. How it was missed is highly concerning, but I pointed it out at pickup and they took it back in but came out a few minutes later, apologized and said they cracked the bumper while trying to get it attached correctly so they offered to get a replacement, paint it and I'd just need to come back in for "15 minutes" for them to attach the new one once it arrived. A month later the part was in. As it turns out I had to drop off my car for the WHOLE day (and eat all the associated uber costs). When I got the vehicle back there was a white residue all over the bumper they didn't bother to clean off (and I can't take it through a car wash for 30 days) and the repainted parts are noticeably darker than the rest of the car. Very disappointing, would not recommend this place.

Pros: the service used OEM, where possible (although non-OEM were initially ordered and returned for lack of suitability, fortunately on Service King's call); the body tech succeeded to color match and spray smoothly the damage; dealer-installed plastic door jamb protectors were added on Progressive's end, included in my deducatable, unrelated to the damage (?) and likely more a cherry-on-top for insurance billing; a large missed spot of paint rub off, in the area of damage, was completely ignored in the shop for repair, but got done at the end quickly and sufficiently for my expectations; filled my tire air pressure and gave the car a nice interior and exterior clean. Cons: door jamb protectors were added (don't sleep on the repairs and billing details, folks); the repairs team ran down my low battery by a few miles, resulting in my barely reaching a charging spot for my all-electric vehicle (not due to running accessories that drain battery, but rather "joy riding" according to my odometer, so set your odo. prior to dropping off); and in the end I have been billed deductable against another driver who struck my vehicle, breaking numerous laws in the process (inebriation, assault, attempting to flee the scene of an accident, not actually being insured as wrongly confirmed at the time of the accident by Progressive). In the end Progressive makes their profit via their "network" (eg Service King) whether we like or agree to it or not, and criminal behavior goes on by the dime of many innocent, working class people thanks to Progressive's/similar large insurers. Service King will claim "details are between you and Progressive," yet are in bed, so to speak, together and with your money. Basically you're being taken by someone as soon as you begin the automotive claims and repairs process. If you're just starting following an accident, ask in at your insurer regarding petit tort for deductable reimbursement; alternately you may waive small claims and move straight into lawsuit against the at-fault party. People only seem to care when you touch their money, so here we are.

This place did a great job fixing my truck after I had some front end damage from hitting a deer. Everything looks good as new and customer service was very helpful as well answering my questions and explaining things throughout the process. Also it was finished way earlier than I anticipated. I have zero complaints.Service: Body & Trim

Took in my WRX to get a new trunk. Parts came within a week, took another week to paint and assemble. There was some delays, but that’s to be expected with the pandemic. What I don’t understand is when I left my car, the peak boost is 4.1psi (normal street driving), I picked it up showing 9.4psi. Can someone at Service King explain why you needed to gas or rev my car like that? I have images of before and afterwards if needed.

They do repair our vehicle in a very quick time which was so appreciated but when they gave us car back it was filthy it was so filthy it was unbelievable it was oil smudges all inside the car it was just really disgusting and I could not believe it I have never in my life and I'm in my fifties received a vehicle back filthy like that it was just horrible we had to take it back the next day to get them to clean it that was crazy that was a major inconvenience and then come to find out they were still waiting for another part so we still had to take the car without a part that was needed and when the part came in we took it they said a couple of hours needless to say it took all day so that was kind of quite irritating they do good work so you just have to be patient with the complete outcome cuz if they did mess up they will fix it

Can't even tell my car was hit and they detailed the inside incredibly well. They worked directly with my insurance company so figuring out the money aspect was easy. Would definitely go to them again
