“Let's talk about EXCEPTIONAL service and this location. I had a tire blow out on a very dangerous part of 1-75 in Detroit...Had no spare (newer vehicles don't...) Had a terrible time getting a tow to come to that area. It finally came. I called this location and it was a half hour before closing on a Saturday (BUSY day...) I explained my situation and experience with Manager Ryan and asked if he could stay open until the vehicle at least arrived with the tow. Tow arrived at closing. Ryan had his ENTIRE team stay waiting and ready and after a lengthy inspection and safety check REPAIRED the tire and would not take ANY payment (I tipped the tech's)...LEAST I could do. I only go to Belle Tire and always get great service, but this was FAR beyond what you would expect. It was a long day and everyone wanted to go home!....What a GREAT manager and crew.... Thank you again Ryan...You and your team ROCK!!”

“Phenomenal experience and great experience getting new tires at this Costco tire center. The team is super knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my tires on the Costco website and had them delivered to the Costco tire center and scheduled my appointment online. I brought my car in, parked it next to the tire center, brought in my keys, did a shopping trip and my car was ready! They ask you to bring your car back after driving 25 miles to check that everything is tightened well… I popped in – no appointment needed – and they checked it right away and I was out in three minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!”
“Tony is a wonderful employee!! My best friend had an appointment and understandably it took longer than expected for the work to be done. However it was finished the same day. The reason it’s understandable is the amount of things they found wrong with the vehicle
They did however finish the work on the vehicle before the business day was finished and we were able to pick up the car in a timely manner. Tony treats everyone with the utmost respect. The way he lets everyone know that he acknowledges them walking into the reception area and that he will be with them when he is able to is an excellent display of manners. He even answers the phone while ringing up services and lets whoever is on the phone know that he will definitely address their needs in a timely manner. He is very professional and caring!! A lovely person with amazing people skills and knowledge of the services that Firestone provides. I hope everyone sees him in the same light that I do”
“I normally go to a different location for oil changes and such but the air in my tires was low so I went to this location to use the air machine. An employee here told me their machine was broken but he could inflate my tires if I pulled up to a bay door. I did so and he inflated my tires to the correct PSI. I thought that was great customer service so I just wanted to leave a review stating that.”
