I ordered a shirt from the business and the tracking number that I received doesn’t work on the Shop app or the official DHL e-commerce website. The only updates that I’m getting are coming from the company and I expected that it was a scam. The package allegedly arrived at a facility about 3 hours away from me, however the delivery date has been delayed to 4 more days.Update: The package arrived on time without delay and the shirt was of good quality. However the tracking system could be improved.

Horrible shipping time and packaging was extremely sloppy. No plastic bag and the item was thrown wrinkled up into the shopping envelope. It was a Christmas present and it looks like chewed gum upon arrival. Extremely disappointed. Don't buy from any website if it's from Trevco!

Tj(the overseer of the warehouse) and Norma the supervisor are terrible at managing and leading. First tj lied to me and said I was doing a good job and had me training other people and doing my job plus other peoples .. he then start cutting my hours once I started complaining about getting compensated for my hard work ethic and consistency. And was suppose to give me a raise after I worked my 90 days and that never happend either. Not only did he not give me the raise he let me go a little before Christmas and didn’t tell me the reason for letting me go

Paid extra for 1-3 day expedited shipping and product wasn't shipped until 9 days later. Product finally arrived 11 days later. Do not pay extra for quick shipping because it's a scam.

I ordered thru Amazon a plate for the front of my car that was to show an image of the state of West Virginia with the word "Home" across it, silver in color with black lettering. Instead i received a plate with Oklahoma on it and in blue. Ugh! ?

Bad experience. I ordered a Slytherin shirt through Walmart. But it arrived without a bag, wrinkled and, above all, of poor quality, it cost me almost $30. That shirt should be at least $5 in my opinion. Bad service!!

This will be my first and last purchase with this company. I ordered a Halloween II fleece throw for almost $30 and got a small, damaged Jurassic Park one. Now I have to use my ink, printer, time and gas to return this item to my local Walmart to get my money back. I don’t want this item. Of course the item I was supposed to receive is out of stock.

My significant other used to work here in late 2020. He bought merchandise from them, the money was taken out of his check & he paid some in cash. He never got a PO#, a receipt, an invoice or anything of the sort. Almost $200 down the drain because the boss (won’t say a name but it’s only 2 letters) clearly doesn’t care about his employees spending their money at the same company they work for and make money for. The “boss” says he sent it to him via 3rd party company, okay where’s the tracking number then because he NEVER got our merchandise. People work hard and they should get what they paid for. Can’t believe a big corp company like this would stiff somebody for a little less than $200. Take your business else where because the least to say, this place is a j o k e.

I was let go from Trevco without reason on my birthday on dec 4 by a man name Ben! I was told that I was doing a great job printing and shipping and the last conversation that I had with him was about picking up extra hours. At the end of my shift which was 6:00am dec 4 I walked out the door and proceeded to my car and was stop by Ben and he ask if we could talk and I said sure what’s going on and that’s when he said Trevco ended my assignment and I am no longer working for the company and I asked why and he would t tell me. How unprofessional I never was written up or given a warning what goes around comes around evil people will not prosper!

Bought an item from here through Walmart. They were absolutely HORRIBLE with assisting me with the refund. Completely wasted my time. Walmart was able to solve the problem thankfully.

Ordered a shirt from here off Walmart.com. It never arrived, so now I have to deal with the hassle of getting a refund. Just do yourself a favor and do not order from here.
