Thank god ?? for great customer service and kind hearted consistent employees (Teri ?) the store advocate who helped with everything patiently and very responsibly made sure that everything was handled with care although BOOST MOVILE gave the most complicated issues for 2 CONSISTENT HOURS ??♂️ she handled everything professionally and proficiently BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE throughout.

The employee constantly lied to me and told me my bill would be fixed after they randomly raised it a large amount but they didn't. My bill is supposed to be $70 a month but the first two bills I was charged $130 then for several months is was back to what it was supposed to be and then two months ago it did it again.

The representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He was also efficient. It was the quickest I have ever picked out a phone, had it activated, got my accessories and got out the door. I was pleased.
