Absolutely awful... the pharmacy treats their patrons terribly and have been rude every single time I come in. With all the rules and regulations with prescriptions I feel trapped. I would not suggest this pharmacy for any one that wants to be treated nicely and have that old school pharmacy feel. *I would if given 0 stars but made me click at least 1

The two stars is because every single employee OUTSIDE of the pharmacy is a great. The photo center, super sweet and helpful, even during this busy season! The cashiers, quick and friendly and always smiling! What a bonus! The pharmacy - that's where it gets lost and that's where it matters the most. Medication, illness, and dis-ease are all important matters and how you handle folks during times of duress is of the utmost important. On more than one occasion, I personally, have heard one particular female pharmacist continuously berating patients and the things they say/do. More than ONCE, and not only that, but a few days ago, this pharmacist cut me off repeatedly while on the phone, assuming she 'knew' what I was going to say next. Added on top of that, she was incorrect in the information she gave me. I found the meds I needed at another Walgreens, that she said wasn't likely... I understand your job gets stressful, but that's life, so does EVERY job. I also understand the need to decompress and/or vent about your stressors, but not ON the job, not whilst you're working that job. I've been going to Walgreens with my prescriptions for a very long time and honestly, the treatment at this particular location has made me reconsider altogether.

Zero stars. They will tell you a time to pick up your medication and it won't be ready. This is all the time. Don't go to this pharmacy

I went there to get a passport photo the lady was very professional did a good job let me know that the machine was taken a little bit longer was patient with the older lady in front of me.

Walgreens pharmacy has definitely stepped it up!!! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. My fiancé had been in so much pain and need help immediately. They sacrificed their break to help me along with helping get a discount on the amount for the script. They saved me $21, and so kind and genuinely nice!! Carmella and Sharon thank you ladies!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. There's always some sort of problem. They are constantly not filling my prescriptions unless I call and request that I do actually want to get the prescription. Okay? So when my doctor sends in the prescription, y'all decide that you just won't fill it? Weird. The first time I went there, the pharmacist refused to come near the register when I was standing and decided she need to stand at a computer 15ft away. I wanted to know how much the prescription would cost. My insurance just switched so I wanted to determine which pharmacy is the least expensive. I also had a prescription savings card that she just could not understand. I tried to explain it to her, she kept telling me I was wrong. I would ask her questions, she refused to answer. I asked her the price difference between a 30 day supply and a 90 day supply, she would tell me that my insurance might not cover that (which I knew wasn't true). I just wanted to know the cost. But she just would not answer. Ridiculous. The medication I take is very expensive. Without fail, every single time, the person helping me grills me about the cost. And I would appreciate that if they were asking in way that was like "I just want to make sure you are aware of the cost...?" But instead it's a whole bunch of attitude about how "don't actually need us to fill this because it's way too expensive". I know it's expensive. I need it. What am I supposed to do? If you were kindly asking out of concern or trying to let me know to make sure I knew, that would be great. But giving me attitude? Please stop. I'm not thrilled about the price either. At least be nice about it???? If you can, avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I understand staffing shortages as almost every business around is experiencing the same shortages. What I do not understand is how rude this pharmacy staff is. I had my prescription sent over from my primary doctor at 3pm, I called to check on an update of when it will be ready around 4pm and they claimed they never received it. Contacted my doctor again and she called it in again at 4:30. I called around 5:30, was placed on hold for 24 minutes-when they finally answered I was told very quickly without any time to respond, "We are very busy, please hold." And was hung up on.Now I had been running a fever for the past 24-48 hours so I was extremely upset. So I had my roommate and my sister call, at the same time as me. I also asked my partner to stop there on the way home to try and figure things out, after what transpired I told him it was no longer necessary... Myself and my roommate had the same issue happen again, my sister finally got thru. She very sternly explained she also works in the medical field and knows how hard it can be but that I had been waiting to receive this medication all day and it was past 6:30 at this point. The pharmacist finally looked into it and said there was nothing in their voicemails and nothing sent over for me.After 4 hours of back and forth with Walgreens Pharmacy we had enough. We were able to contact my primary doctor and have my prescriptions sent over to CVS pharmacy across the street. What do you know, they received it right away!!! While unfortunately at this point it was 15 minutes until the pharmacy closed so my prescription would not be ready but I was able to pick up my prescription almost as soon as they opened the next day.I've never been one to write a review this detailed, let alone in general. But at this point Walgreens has lost 4 long term customers. We will no longer support this location by any means and we will make sure anyone using this location for their pharmacy is made aware that they clearly are too understaffed to take care of their customers.Please use CVS for any pharmaceutical needs in the future. I can't say the same for all Walgreens locations but this one should not be used, especially if you need any type of medication filled day of.

Single-handedly the most terrible and unprofessional service ever offered from Walgreens pharmacy. Had been going to Sam Pharmacy over 7 years this past year extremely rude managers and going on for months now only two or three people working in the pharmacy. The walk up option in the lobby is closed you must sit in your vehicle and what has been consistently an hour to an hour and a half long wait in your car absolutely disgusting that Walgreens being a big giant store would allow this to continue to happen disgusting service

One of my first Yelp reviews because of how bad this place was. Scheduled my Covid test online for 9:30, the pharmacy doesn't open till 10... pharmacist was very rude also. Mind blowing how bad my experience was.

Worst Walgreens around! The Pharmacy is ALWAYS RUNNING LATE IN FILLING SCRIPTS EVEN AFTER I GET ALERTS THAT MY MEDS ARE READY. Pickup lines that wrap around the building, pickup lines inside that exceed 20 people waiting. Go elsewhere!

I came into get my photos which where suppose to be ready by 3:10 pm and I got there and she said I wouldn't be able to get them today. So then I told her I needed them because I was working on something that day. She looked for my photos so I could get them to find out they have not been printed yet and looked like she was a manager and had a little bit of attitude the whole time why my photos where printing.

This is my 4 time in line to try to pick up the same 2 prescriptions They don't have enough employees so they aren't open inside. I've been sitting in line for 50 minutes and there's still 7 cars in front of me. I'm only giving them one star because I can give them zero stars! This is BS.
