This pharmacy is a dumpster fire. They can’t get prescriptions right, fill refills and then lose them, hour-long waits on the phone to reach pharmacy staff, prescriptions that can transfer right … it’s unbelievable. Find somewhere else to get your medicine or expect SNAFUs, delays, multiple calls, and not being able to reach staff. I’ve never been more frustrated with a pharmacy.

Writing this review in the waiting room after waiting over an hour for a prescription that was sent two days ago. It'd be quicker to go to pharmacy school and fill my own prescription at this point.

Have been sitting in pain for over 3 hours, waiting for pain relief meds sent to this Walgreens by my oral surgeon after wisdom teeth removal.We stopped in, and were told the meds should be ready in an hour, which would have been fine.Called after 2 hours - First pharmacist who answered the phone said they didn't even have the prescription. Oral surgeon assured they had sent it earlier this morning. Second pharmacist who answered the phone was able to find the prescription, but it wouldn't be ready until 12pm; 3.5+ hr wait without meds post wisdom teeth extraction. Ouch...Definitely will not be back.

Walgreens Photo - Absolutely worst staff, incapable & incompetent. Just shocking that how staff lacks basic human job skills. It’s sad. First time we went for the passport size photos for our 20month twin boys it was excruciatingly painful to work with this woman staff. She had no intellect on how to deal with passport size photos of a toddler. Instead of showing some will to work & getting job done, she kept making excuses, blaming toddler was too difficult & had zero skill to draw toddler’s attention towards camera which is in her hand. (Due to some unrelated unsafe event at store, We left to keep boys safe)After a month, We went second time to take photos. We thought to give it an another try. Its closest photo place to our daycare. Same women won’t even take photos. We waited for another staff member. He was the same way, asking me to go to other store, blaming toddler to be difficult, uncooperative, uninterested & lacked skill or ideas on how to make toddler look straight in front of camera. Finally after more than hour we got photos that weren’t right. We (including our boys) were just done. Honestly it was such a sad experience on how this store lacked various basic human skills. Never again.

Absolutely awful... the pharmacy treats their patrons terribly and have been rude every single time I come in. With all the rules and regulations with prescriptions I feel trapped. I would not suggest this pharmacy for any one that wants to be treated nicely and have that old school pharmacy feel. *I would if given 0 stars but made me click at least 1

So my insurance cancelled my prescription $ 60 I can not afford, the guy Charles behind the counter use Rx card it came out to 11.50 ty so much praise God ?

I think this location is finally starting to redeem itself. I originally left a bad review due to poor service two years ago and stopped going. I started going back a few months ago, and their over-all service has been much better ?

The two stars is because every single employee OUTSIDE of the pharmacy is a great. The photo center, super sweet and helpful, even during this busy season! The cashiers, quick and friendly and always smiling! What a bonus! The pharmacy - that's where it gets lost and that's where it matters the most. Medication, illness, and dis-ease are all important matters and how you handle folks during times of duress is of the utmost important. On more than one occasion, I personally, have heard one particular female pharmacist continuously berating patients and the things they say/do. More than ONCE, and not only that, but a few days ago, this pharmacist cut me off repeatedly while on the phone, assuming she 'knew' what I was going to say next. Added on top of that, she was incorrect in the information she gave me. I found the meds I needed at another Walgreens, that she said wasn't likely... I understand your job gets stressful, but that's life, so does EVERY job. I also understand the need to decompress and/or vent about your stressors, but not ON the job, not whilst you're working that job. I've been going to Walgreens with my prescriptions for a very long time and honestly, the treatment at this particular location has made me reconsider altogether.

Zero stars. They will tell you a time to pick up your medication and it won't be ready. This is all the time. Don't go to this pharmacy

I can never get my insulin prescription filled in a timely manner. It always “needs to be reordered” or “another patient filled their script with it all first”. Long wait times both at the drive thru and in the store don’t help.

The one star is so I could commentand warn others. If you are on a medication that you can't go without do not go here. The service is beyond a nightmare and it appears that thier is no communication for life or death consequences that may occur without your medication. My medication is on back order till December and keeps getting bumped up. They say it's thier vendors fault. So I had to call other pharmacy s to find my medication. I got stuck in a loop hole because my meds were partially filled here. Walgreens is shameful and incompetent.

Ordered my photos for my little girls parent day in advanced. Was there the next day to pick them up as soon as the store opened and nobody is in the photo area. Then a lady goes over there and can’t find them. The she says “those must be the ones that I didn’t get too.” Now my daughter will be the only one with no cheer poster. They didn’t give us any notice that they wouldn’t have them done. Now it’s too late. Both the staff seem extremely incompetent.

Worst pharmacy I ever been..when you call they put you on the hold for 30 minutes. Dry and unprofessional customer service.always there is a line. And service very slow . miscommunication between technicians and pharmacist .they gave me hard time to transfer the prescription to other pharmacy.and they transferred part of the prescription not all of it ..simply it's pain don't go there unless you enjoy what I mentioned above

Worst Walgreens in the U.S.A. The pharmacy is so bad we left to go to CVS across the street. The female Indian pharmacist harassed my wife so much about her cancer that we thought about going to the state to have here reported and possibly get her license taken away. Do not go here, fair warning! Hope they shut this store down soon
