I have been a customer for years and the service has always been first class. Always a competitive price and prompt service. I buy my propane pre buy and won’t look elsewhere because of their service.

Rude phone service. I called to inquire about setting up a service for our new building and was treated poorly by a woman so full of ego I never even got a quote. Answering basic questions is obviously too much to expect from Derrer Oil and Propane.
What size tank do most standard 3 bedroom home use? Not too hard of a question at all. And what a wasted opportunity to make a sale by a fool mouthed employee.

Derrer Oil has been serving the area for years. Very friendly family and employees. Generous, as well. They have reinvested immeasurably in our schools and community. 5 stars!

Don't ever expect them to make change ($) because they refuse or they never have it *eye roll* don't shop here less its your last option their night crew after 5oclock can be rude workers at times, or plain inconsiderate there is one attendant Jeannie I think her name is. That is sweet and nice to bad the rest reflects the whole Establishment.
