Gill-Roy's Hardware / Lumber / Stihl / Rental is a great small town hardware store. They have pretty much anything you need, with a great selection of common items, lumber, and rental equipment. If they don't have something, they will help recommend something or help find it nearby. The rental process is very easy, with items that work well, from tile saws to bobcats. The place has more parking than one might expect and is very easy to get in and out of. The staff are nice people, friendly, eager to help, and kind. They are personable, know their stuff, and go above and beyond to help customers. They provide amazing help finding everything needed. This is what a hardware store used to be like, with great service and a team that makes sure customers get the help they need. Customers are thankful for this local store and will definitely be going back.
Great hardware store in Mancelona michigan... for a small town. Staff was helpful and friendly. Prices reasonable for a small town. Would go again, if needed, when visiting Mancelona area.
