They are a fantastic company. From my initial phone call to the time my vehicle was dropped off at the dealer the process was smooth and painless. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Shout out to the driver Jamie who was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the whole procedure. I hope to never need a tow again but I know who I'll be calling if I ever do.

I broke down and Manchester towing was the company I worked with. Nothing is worst then car trouble, but this company is amazing, especially Benjamin the responding driver. Excellent service, outstanding professionalism and very friendly. If you ever need roadside assistance, this is the company to call.

Had a great experience with Manchester Towing! Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff! Our new car had a faulty battery and they were able to start it so it did not have to be towed. Very appreciative of Becky and Brennan! Highly recommend calling them for service!

I would very highly recommend Manchester Collision and Towing to anyone. When my semi broke down they where very helpful not only in coming out to tow my rig but also help in finding a shop that could start working on it to get it back on the road making money. The whole crew was very friendly and professional and had the right equipment to get the job done right. They even tow the rig the last sixteen miles to the customer so I could make on time delivery before taking the truck in for repairs.

My mechanic recommended Manchester Towing when my car broke down recently on a country road. I called and had such a good experience in what was a stressful situation. The dispatcher got a tow truck there within an hour and the driver was pleasant and personable. When my mechanic found that the issue with the car was too involved for him, Manchester Towing was able to take my car to another mechanic and I was able to pay over the phone and had the receipt emailed to me.
Side note, a few days later my husband’s truck broke down in Ann Arbor! Of course I gave him Manchester Towing’s phone number. Since they’re so precise with their time window, he was able to get some lunch and return to his truck right before the tow truck got there. He and I both give this company two thumbs up!

I love to review great service!!! Yesterday I had the pleasure to have Will tow my daughter's vehicle from Saline to Wayne for repair. Will was so pleasant, informative and efficient. He sent a photo when the vehicle was safely at its destination. I would definitely recommend the Saline location and WILL. Thanks for your service and expertise.
